General question for ex-smokers...

For me has to be after lunch and pretty much after big meals.

It's the boredom cig that I find myself looking for most often.
When sitting at the computer, I find myself reaching for the place that my smokes always were.

It's not that I really want a cig, I just end up reaching for them subconsciously. I went to visit some family a few weeks ago, and forgot to grab my road kit (Extra batteries, juice, etc) battery died an hour from home... I bought a pack of smokes, smoked a few throughout the day, but really didn't like them anymore. Gave the pack to neighbors as soon as I got home and had my PV loaded with a new battery.
That still doesn't keep me from grabbing for the phantom pack every so often.

My fav smoke was the last one I had on my way home from work. I only smoked while driving for work and never after work or at home. So that was my last one for day. I really enjoyed it
