Genesis Maxi Clone

I recent purchased a genesis Maxi Clone and i told him to not drill the air hole so i could figure it out my self cus from what i read it makes a world of difference
here are my questions


1- Does any one know where the hole should be in relation to the wick?
2- How Big Should the hole be?
3- whats the best and cleanest way to drill the hole?

From what I understand you want the air hole relatively low, 1-3 mm above the threads, and pointing directly at the wick, inbetween the two posts. I'd make it the same size as the hole in a 901 atomizer and work from there.

I don't know if both top caps are the same but i have a genesis mini and the air whole is directly in between both posts, 7mm from the bottom of the cap and 1mm wide, if that helps. If you had access to a pillar bench drill that would do a clean job
