Genesis RBA, always wiping off juice

Am I doomed to constantly wipe off excess juice on my genesis rba (MMV DID)? The top cap accumulates a lot of condensation and seeps into the threads of the top cap and eventually leaks out in small bits. The top deck also builds up with juice. After couple wipe downs within an hour, I'm sure theres a couple mL's soaked into the napkins. Am I doing something wrong or is this just typical? i cant put my kayfun lite down bc i get no leaks and 100% juice stays in the tank. im starting to appreciate the KL more and more bc i dont have a single problem with it but i love the taste/vapor i get from genesis.

while condensation is normal, this almost sounds like it is overwicking. is the wick very loose in the hole? and Is it a straw wick? if so pinch the top closed. whenever i build a wick I try to make them snug in the hole to block juice from coming out by itself.

I have never had any leaking from the threads of my DID.

I have had leaking from the airhole if I'm over-wicking, but the suggestion Thrasher posted will fix that for ya.

I have a cotton u wick so I get no leaking.

thank you all for the helpful suggestions. i was using 400 ss mesh rolled up a bit smaller than the wick hole. it definitely wicked juice a little too well.

i will try a hybrid ss mesh cotton core straw wick. hopefully the cotton will retain the juice and fix my overwicking problem.

Just a quick thought, it may not be overwicking, condensation is coming from not pulling out all the vapor. It took me a while to figure that out years ago. Just let off the button and continue to draw all the vapor out will totally eliminate the condensation buildup.
