Imeo, While I do not own one of your devices, I would like to appeal to you as a customer service professional to a business owner.

Simply stated, please make things immediately right for the people who have purchased and then had issues with your products. No delays. Now.

Your response on these issues can and will have effects on the US market that may not currently concern you as a EU citizen, but could be the catalyst that triggers.

Forget the "Chinese snake oil" argument and welcome the "defective device" argument adding "without sound replacement" practices.

You want to only do business in the EU? Then continue. You want to do business in the US - then shape up.

OK... Can I add my gentle advice here please?

My gentle advice is:-

If a family member also uses a 'Super'Ecig of whatever type, and that ecig stops working, make sure they have a spare ecig and dont borrow your GG !!

Last night hubbies ecig did exactly that, and he had the audacity to ask to borrow my GG... and being half asleep, this idiot agreed !!!

Now I know you will all read this, and have heartfelt sympathy for me, and Tribal, at least it has useful information it it !

Now I expect lots of sympathy here....

And a few giggles I hope...:lol::lol::lol:

Thanks for adding to the drama in this subforum.

Cheech remember the advice you gave me the other day???

Aaahhh, but its 'gentle advice' it couldn't possibly be an attempt to stoke the drama fires.

"Of course not" I'm just headed over to Puresmoker section to give cashmere some advice lol (oh and yes i do own a prodigy)

Ohh no not another thread with exactly zero useful information in it!!!

There info here tribal, just have to see through the smoke screen.

Excellent advice, this should perhaps be in the user manual....In fact, don't even let anyone else try it, I let my mother try my GG last night and she's started moaning about her current kit:rolleyes: I might have to put mine in a lock box when I'm not using it:D

Thanks my friend for the advice. I like advices, I dont reject anyone (exept someone wants to be rejected by his language).

I have already answer to all these questions many times, I will not do it again for a simple reason: People that asking dont want the truth, they want something else. The truth is already posted, so everyone can read it.

Thanks again for your concern:)

That was sweet and a diplomatic way of answering.

Duckies, that too was sweet and I think it let us know you were coming from a position of wanting to help.
I am very sincere about this. Any little misstep can have large ramifications. I wouldn't want to see e-cigs banned because of something preventable raising its head, be it bad juice or safety issues with devices (like the batteries that caught fire on that FedEx plane).
