Gentleman's Reserve

Hi , I was wondering about the company Gentleman's Reserve, I am ready to order from them but so far I sent 3 emails over the last 3 weeks and have no reply. I checked over my email and it's been correct every time, I made sure I'm inputting the correct random words so they know I'm 'not a computer' and all 3 times after I hit send, it has said Thank you for your interest..Has anyone had this slow response from them? Am I doing something wrong, how do I contact them!

Haven't tried them. My own rule of thumb in this internet world is; no response in 24 hours, why bother. In the many, many years on the net it has served me well. Just sit back and wait for a response if you like, you put the ball in their court.

+1 for moving on if no reasonable response to email.

I figure there are too many sellers who are willing to quickly repond to my requests for info to bother waiting for someone who doesn't. Also I have found that a seller's response to a potential customer is usually better than their response to a customer complaint.

Why would I give someone a profit for bad service?

Make sure you check out the Suppliers Forum tab on the top of the page. These are proven to respond to customers requests for info, offer a good product at a reasonable price, and have a track record for responding to customer complaints.

Welcome , and as said in an earlier response , try using the forum suppliers . They tend to respond right away , and have great customer service . Not sure which one's ship to Canada but , it's worth checking out .

Yeah Move on. There are some great Suppliers out there with fantastic Customer Service.

Give Canvape.com a try, I sent them a couple emails and received a fast response. Just placed my first order with them a couple days ago and was shipped out the next day Xpresspost. Prices seem to blow other Canadian vendors out of the market. They seem to be building a loyal customer base.

3 e-mails in 3 weeks...run and don't look back. If they were an honest vendor, you would have had a response by now. Click on Forum Suppliers at the top of this page. Use of on them. They're ECF approved and will respond to any request you have.

While I have'nt tried emailing them, I did just order from them the other day. It was shipped the next day. I haven't recieved it yet so i can't comment on the quality of there juices.
