Geoff a non juice question

I know you have been vaping for quite a while now so who better to ask than the expert
How do you clean your atty's?
I took boiling water and soaked my atty's in that for about 10 minutes and let them sit over night now they work but they get hot and do not produce vapor well.

For your existing attys you may need to prime them with a couple of drops of juice. I simply drip some alcohol through them (may soak depending if its been a while) then rinse with Distilled water.

You may have water still in the coil bed. Try blowing them out from the thread end onto a paper towel then drop a couple of drops of juice and vape with an empty cart. vaping should improve over time if this is the problem.

I blow them out and prime with a couple drops of juice and they still heat up and produce very little vapor

when mine did that it took a few days to get them back up to full production and yes the attys were still getting hot. I would suggest heating them up for three seconds and resting for 5 a few times to speed drying, but would hate for you to accidently fry an atty.

I will reprime them in a day or so and see if they are worth keeping, I have new addy's coming. I hate to loose an addy that still heats up and does not produce.

Everybody's method varies. Since the buildup on an atomizer is the result of stuff that's in the e-liquid, you need something to dissolve it. I soak my attys in bacardi 151 for a few hour, then blow them out and let them sit for a day to completely dry out.

This does the trick for me.
