I had a little situation happen with my order that I just received and I emailed Geoff of what happened. I never ever expected anything other than needing to express to him what happened.

He emailed me in a very short time frame and was most kind with an offer. His customer service is well beyond anything I ever expected.

Just needed to say this on the forum because sometimes I don't think we let the great vendors know how much we really appreciate how hard they work at keeping the customer happy. I have always been in love with his product but as of this day.....his customer service has gone beyond anything I have ever experienced. Thank you Geoff!!!!!!!
