HELP!!!

I just got my Gepetto Flo # 10 from the post office today and it doesn't work!!!

I got it at around 1pm (gmt +8), the package was closed and the unit inside was well covered with bubble wrap and a box ...

When I got to hold the box mod, I tried using two AW IC protected 18650 batteries. It doens't work ... I figured that it might be because the batteries doesn't have nipple on them so I excitedly went to the mall to meet up with other local vapers ... I was proudly showing off my new PV and asked them if they got 18650 batts with nipple (positive end)... We have used, trustfire, aw imr batts ... I even bought a couple of battery magnet to use as nipple tip but still the gepetto still refused to work! ... the most we could have it do is for it to very rarely show the battery capacity ...

When i inspected the LED display, there is a small, sort of a plastic removed on the lower right part (pictures to follow) ... we believe that there might be a problem with the connections ... I don't want to tinker with it ... I don't know what to do ... I was so excited that I even sold my Precise plus 18650 yesterday when i received a noticed that my package had arrived at the post office ... Now I don't have any PV to use, my new PV is defectiuve/broken ... It took 15 days before it arrive and it had cost me around 1/2 of my monthly salary ...

PLEASE HELP!!! I'll post pictures within the next hour ...

When you put the batteries in you have one one way(+) and the other (-) they are not parallel they are in series. Just asking to make sure you have them in right.

Does it fire with a atty or carto on it. I do see it looks like the led is cracked.

it doesn't ... the best i could get is for it to display 8.4 and get stuck on it ... I've already tried firing an regular atty and a rebuildable one ... still zero result ...

try this. click it 4 times and hold it down and then try it.

You have to click it real fast one after another. If nothing try 3 clicks and it should be in voltage up. 4 clicks voltage down. and 5 click will tell you what mode you are in.

I hope so ... got a bit humiliated earlier after trying to impress my friends for being the first guy in Manila to have a Gepetto Original ...

I'm still inlove with his box mods ... just disappointed with the one I got ...
