Hello all, and I'd like to welcome myself ReoRoom!

Yesterday, Vapor Joe posted for a Vmod 2.0 special on the Vapage site. I've only been at vaping for just over five weeks and in that time have spent way, way, waywayway too much money experimenting on different devices. No bottom feeder yet, the Vmod seems to get good reviews, and for $37.50 I couldn't pass it up. Should be here next week.

Then last night I saw this in the classifieds:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-us-fs-reo-woodvil-18490-stabilized-burl.html

Take a look at it! I had to have it.
Should be here next week.

I went from zero to two bottom feeders in a few short hours. So I guess what I'm wondering is would the Vmod be a good training tool to get myself familiar with bottom feeders? Are the two functionally similar, or is the "feel" quite different? I already have batteries for the Vmod, so that will be plug and play. Or plug and flood. We'll see.

But I still need to order 18490 batteries for the Woodvil. And since I gather this group LOVES to talk Reo, I'm asking for advice on where to order good batteries at a great price.

Thanks for looking, and I hope you're all as happy to have me as I am to be here!

I saw that for sale and it's beautiful! Take care of it. You will be able to get some money back on it some day. Then if your feeling careless use the other one. I'm looking too. Still. I love Attomizers the best. I think each atty has its own learning curve but that the mod is the consistent part. I'd research Atties. I ask every now and then and if I like the answe I store that. So I'm paying a visit to the reo thread here to see what more Info I can gather. Enjoy!

Clyde. Welcome to REOvill bro. You should go to the REOS MODS forum. That's where most REOnauts hang. Much more activity there. Congrats on your purchase. Here's the bad news:

In theory, a vmod and REO are similar - in that they both wet your heater from the bottom. That is about the only similarity.

Think about it like this. A REO is like a Stihl chainsaw, the vmod is like a cheap black and decker. Are you gettin it? If not, once you have that REO in front of you you will. They are not only the ultimate vaping machine, they are beasts. Damn Hard to break one.

My guess is that once you get that REO, you will forget that vmod. I know, you'll keep it as a backup right? Not. Once you use a REO, a REO is all you will want for a backup too. Happened to me.

RTDvapor.com for your batteries.

Good luck boss. Congrats and welcome!
