After finding some success with EVOD VV's and an MVP 2.0, I'm sad to say I stopped vaping. I found that between leaking tanks, burnt coils and dry hits I just wasn't satisfied.
Recently however, I decided to wander into my local vape shop and bought myself an Istick TC60W with a Melo 2 tank after hearing about the supposed benefits of temp control.
I am pretty happy with the unit - battery life aside - but I find the Melo 2 tank gets rather warm when I chain vape. Is there a tank running premade TC coils (I'm really enjoying the vapor to flavor balance of 0.15 ohm Nickle coils running 35 - 50w juice dependant, at 500f) that I can chain vape and still touch, or do I have to bite the bullet and learn to build an RDA?

Any tank that you chain vape is going to get warm. I have two of the TC60's and Melo 2's, and though it's been a while since I used the TC coils, they would get warm when I chain vaped it. Same thing with the standard .3Ω coils too. I'm trying my Crown tight now with the .15Ω Ni coil and it seems to hold up fairly well (50W, 470F).
