Hi All,
I'm relatively new at diy and I've noticed in my attempts, that I have a difficult time getting fflavors to shine through the back end of the vape. I've been using capellas mostly. Is there something else I should add that the flavorings will cling to? Should I try and mix different flavorings from different vendors to get that depth I'm after? Is it a matter of steeping?
I'm primarily into fruit flavored vapes.

thanks

It can be tricky. The extracts we use are single flavor, often missing a lot of the notes that are in the real source of the flavor. (Strawberry but missing the sour and sweet, or sweet and acidic note of a real strawberry for example.) You have to decide what specific notes are missing and, what will get those notes into the finished juice.

Some only need steeping to do it, other need other flavors or sweetener added to get there.

I have been mixing at about 10-15% flavoring. I've tried adding a few drops of lemon juice ocassionaly and the tfa cotton candy on some. I guess it's just trial and error and everyone has to figure out their own journey. I think part of the problem is that I'm comparing it to my usual vendor's juice which usually has 3-4 different flavorings in it. Maybe I just need to wipe the slate clean and figure it out. I have read the raspberry can do a lot for watermelon and peach. The strawberry capellas on its own doesnt have that greenish note I want it to have and it's almost too sweet.
