Getting discouraged with flavor tastes.....

Has anyone else had trouble finding favorite flavors after 20+ tries with different ones? So far nothing really has had me back at the website to instantly order more. I keep trying to like a flavor, but nothing pops out. I would say it is my taste buds from quitting analogs, but the "Brazilian" flavor from safe cig is actually quite enjoyable for my work vape, but too damn expensive, plus I want to use my KGO at home anyway with refillable juices. I'm hoping Halo or Ms T's Bakery can save the day since they both get rave reviews.

The "NOT BAD" are about the only ones that I could vape a bit. Still nothing that just gets me overexcited. I generally pick a 60/40 or 50/50 mix when given the option. I seem to like fruit flavors the best. Any tips or suggestions or different ideas would be appreciated.

In Value Vapors defense, I picked a 24mg nic with those, so that may be why it was "yuck" across the board.

I am sure someone will correct me. But my daily vape is VS4 (vapor station). I have yet to turn someone on to this who dislikes it. In fact of the actual vapors I have turned on to it. All, 100% have made it their or one of their daily vapes. It is very different than other RY4's.

I haven't tried any of the vendors you have listed except HighBrow, but I tried different flavors. I really only liked the Orange de Sangre...the others I ordered didn'thave much flavor to them.

For some really GREAT flavors, I've found myself ordering from Rawr Vapors over & over. Their Truth Serum is delicious, Beachin' is AMAZING...my favorite, the Green Peach Tea couldn't taste more like a nice glass of green peach tea if I were to drink some...I also recently tried Love Potion and Peach Serum...all of the bottles are more than half gone already...been vaping their juices almost exclusively since I placed my first order. They send a free sample with every order as well...in my last one they included Lemon Lime Slushie...which really isn't something I think i would have ordered on my own, but its really good! Tastes like an ice cold glass of lemon lime gatorade..thats what it reminds me of for some reason. I'd strongly suggest giving Rawr a try. Great service as well!

QuickNicJuices has a few really solid flavors that I just tried as well...their vanilla custard is delicious, and the Cinnamon Red Hots says it all in the name, exactly like the candy...even makes my mouth water.

Backwoods Brew would be another suggestion for a vendor...I really like just about every juice of his I have tried...and its a pretty lenghty list.

Check out Madvapes.com, I love these guys! I Love their black licorice, although not an all day vape for most! Candy Cain is fantastic too! The prices are so AMAZING, so one can afford to experiment! Also, I have found that vaping with a tank system has helped be enjoy flavors to a greater extent because the cartos stay nice and wet, never tasting burnt! The flavor somehow just translates better for me! Also, if you have not tried this yet...consider a variable volt devie, this will help you adjust the voltage to maximize the flavor of the e-juice!

Seriously though, while I have a tendency to vape boring flavors, I have been very pleased with their liquids and the descriptions of their liquids. It just seems like when I taste it, it is exactly as it has been described on the site.

Oh...and I just re-read that you said you seem to like fruit flavors the best. That even increases my suggestion for Rawr Vapors....they do some amazing things with fruit flavors over there. The "Serum" juices are a fruit, mixed with a cocnut cream flavor...SOOOO good! Truth Serum is Pear Coconut Cream, then Peach SErum is the same but with Peach...been vaping that straight since Sunday! I have Strawberry Serum on the way. The Beachin' flavor is a tropical fruit blend...SOOOO good. He does give you the option for you VG/PG ratio...mine have all been 50/50. He also gives the option to add menthol to any of their juices. Beachin is great with the lowest menthol option too. (And I'm not a huge menthol fan)

Throatkick, I think what you say about liquids tasting like their descriptions is a sign of a great juice! I'll have to check out backwoodsbrew! Thank you for the tip...good info to share!

To the OP, pick up a few of these (which I love unbelievably) and see if you like them. If you don't, then it may be likely that you aren't getting good flavor out of the unit, vaping has odd flavors to you, or you have a dramatically different palate than I do. Nothing is wrong with vaping or you if you hate these, but I had a VERY similar experience as you did on the outset of my vaping adventures, but a few liquids stood out so wonderfully they re-instilled my faith in this hobby. Try these on for size:

- Cinnaberry (I would rub this into my very pores if it wasn't a terrible idea)

I will bet you are using cartos - if you want flavor, drip, otherwise, you're just sucking scented air!

Other than that, I see you've tried Highbrow, but didn't try any of their fruit flavors, which are great. I don't think you'd be disappointed by their Orange, Pear, or Limoncello...

Some of those fruit flavors do look good on the Rawr Vapor website.

I have tried oh, I guess close to a hundred flavors from 17 different vendors...I won't list them all, but, other than onesies from a few makers (black Licorice from Tasty Vapor, Big Sky Blend and Icy Lemon Drops from Hellavapor, plus a few others), I have to say my total "go to" vendor at this point is RAWR...Truth Serum and all its iterations is/are fantastic, as well as Antidote, the green teas, most of the Hawaii series, Berry Lemonade, Absinthe, even their JY4...amazing, at least for me...so many juices I have tried might taste OK, but feel like the first time I ever tried a Carlton cigarette, if you're pld enough to remember those...like sucking air, no feeling of something substantial, like I'm vaping "against" something. Mike at Rawr has somehow solved this issue for me, as well as putting together combinations of flavors that never seem to compete, only complement each other.

I still have 6 or 9 flavors on my wish list and I will be getting to them soon I assure you.

Only 1 thing I ordered from RAWR disappointed, the Pumpkin Spiced Cappuccino..but I am keeping it in the closet till June to see if it can make a comeback..lol.

the 4 different levels of mentholating that you can choose are all interesting and keep you interested, even if you never liked menthol before, I urge you to try adding some. I like his 50/50 mix as well, but I bump up the PG sometimes just for fun.

I can't recommend RAWR more highly..give them a try
