I'm getting ready to place my order for the MVP 2.0. Some of them come with the iClear 30, and some come with the 16. At this point, I don't really know anything about either one, and it doesn't really matter to me whether I get a Shine, Energy, or just a plain old blue one at this point. Can anyone offer me some advice on which tank I should get?

I use an iclear 30s. So out of the 2 I would get the iclear 30. I think its the same apart from the wicks not being contained within metal tube in the centre. I like the taste of them over my protank2 . Was dubious myself about double top coil over bottom coil, but the wicks work great and i like the warmer vape you get. Seems to bring out the flavour more.
Happy Days.

I am the opposite of Hijack, I didn't care for the iclear 30 or 30s so I use the protank 2 with an airflow base. I found the iclears to be juice hogs and the flavor was muted for me, but it is all personal preference. That is what is great about the MVP, it will handle almost any tank from a ego style to a kayfun as long as you are not building sub ohm coils.

If you have something now you like, it will be good on a MVP.

The aspire nautilus works great on the MVP2, but it looks a little strange to me. The Kanger Protank 3 mini works almost as well, and it looks perfect on the MVP2 and I love the little driptip too. That's what I've been using lately. Boge LR cartomizers work really nice on the MVP2 too and they make it pretty stealthy.

The iClear 30 is a pretty good tank. I've also used the Kanger AeroTank on the MVP 2. Both work fairly well. Though I've moved past all of that and now I'm using a Kayfun Lite + on it with builds around 1.2 ohms - the taste and vapor production is great! Now I just need to get a mech mod so I can experience all that the Kayfun has to offer.

Either the iClear 16 or iClear 20 work nicely on the MVP. I preferred the iClear 30 more because of the larger juice capacity.

Although the Kanger Protank looks great on an MVP, I found that it often mutes flavors. Not one of my favorites.

My favorite tanks on the MVP are cartotanks. Better flavor and consistancy than a clearo. Below are different sizes of IBTanked pyrex cartotanks on MVP's.

My best tank is a Kayfun Lite Plus RBA. Although its simple & easy for an RBA, you need to be comfortable making your own coils and wicks. It's also a rather heavy tank for the MVP.

The iClear 30 is pretty good.

Honestly, I wouldn't even think too hard about it. At the end of the day you will just end up getting a higher end tank, or at least that is more than likely what will happen, and whichever tank you get now will probably end up collecting dust. Neither are that bad or that good, but they have a sort of 'cheap' feel to them.

Anyways, you will love the MVP. Just get whichever one you think looks the best and you can't go wrong other than that.

The iclear30 is a very tight draw, IMO it's crap. Muted flavor and goes through juice like crazy. Get a nautilus or aerotank, even a mini Protank is better. If you're into building coils get a kayfun.

I second this sorta. I feel the iClear 30 actually has amazing flavor but other than that, it is crap.

I would recommend an Aerotank if you are looking to spend ~$20-$30 or if you are looking for something in the $10-$15 range I would recommend a Protank mini 3. I have yet to try the Aerotank mini or mega so can't comment on those yet.

I find it muted because the lack of air flow. From my experience with RDA/RBA's you need airflow to bring out the full flavor.

Personally if I was going with a mvp setup (which I have), I would go with a nautilus or kayfun. The Aerotank is alright but I find the dual coil doesn't provide the flavor or vapor to justify the extra juice it uses over my little Mini Protank that had better flavor and move vapor. Luckily you can use the single coil heads in the Aerotank.

The iclear30 is a crappy backup tank that I've used once.

Think the O.P. is asking which of these 2 tanks should he get. As these are the 2 options that come with it.
I could be wrong, but that's what it sounds like to me.
Protank
aerotank
nautilus
X.1
kayfun
I dont think it comes with any of these options.

See, I feel the opposite. I think less airflow gives me more flavor and those iClear 30's are like sucking a golf ball through a garden hose. Granted, I don't like airflow that tight, but solid flavor indeed.

I personally don't like the Nautilus. I hate the look and I felt the vape was sub-par but it gets such insane amounts of positive feedback which I never understood so take my opinions lightly....

The kayfun is awesome for sure. Can't go wrong with that, unless you are not familiar with building coils. Then it would just be a pain in the a--.

I love my Aerotank. It's got to be my favorite clearo for sure.

The iclear30 is one of my many back-ups too. I have like 10 T3S' and a few other cheap plastic tanks just sitting around.
