Hope this doesn't belong in wick and wire. Anyway I'm getting my first actual rda this week. An Air Force One with velocity deck. It will be used on my brand new Snow Wolf mini 75w. I've used the pre built temp control atlantis and sub tank coils but I primarily vape the,.50ohm prevails coils in all of my tanks.
I have no stock of wire and want to start making some coils. What would you say would be ideal starting out for someone to the get most out my 75w device in power or temp control mode?
Single wire dual build? Twisted dual builds? Also if you were buying your first spools of wire what would you stock up on?

If getting the most means, using gthe full 75watts I can't help. because that is not getting the most it just using all the power. Getting the most is the build that provides the best vape for you REGARLESS the amount of power used vs available.

What do you want in a vape?

If you are now vaping at .5ohm I'd start there. Try modeling some coils on Steam-engine.org, decide from there.. In kanthal or Nichrome, I would probably get some 26awg and a spool of 30 or 29 to use for twisted and multi coil builds. For VW vaping. I don't do TC, so no opinion there.

I actually went and bought some 28awg and twisted it and built a single coil on my morph rda. Ohm out at 1.0 at 5 wraps. Not pretty but it vapes

Very rarely are they pretty in the beginning and the important part is it vapes.

You'll get better as you keep wrapping. Congrats on a successful first build.
