I just received my Riva 910 kit and the atomizers are 'oily'. Should this be a concern? If so, just rinse them and make sure they are completely dry before using?

It's nothing you need to be concerned about because it's just primer. They ship them like that to keep them moist while they're in transit. Just hold a paper towel or tissue to the threaded end and blow through the open end until no more comes out of it. You can rinse it out in plain hot water and let it dry overnight or use a hair dryer to dry it faster!
