It's an interesting mod for sure and not a bad price.

Im still sketched about preordering anything "cash up front" from a company with zero track record.

However they are in Cali, so maybe if they have a contact phone and a business addy that would be better.

Well yeah its a kickstarter but in his video he showed a tube mod in production that looks really interesting and has some secret project that's expected to revolutionize vaping, in his words. He paid for everything up front so he's not squandering the $. I still have hope.

Kickstarter is awesome.
But did he spend any of that dough on an actual business lisc.?
I'm all about helping a new business, but not sending my hard earned cash to some guy with a dream and a Facebook account.
I need some recourse if the guy gets screwed by China.

Yeah he mentioned that in the video. He released the video on the 28th and expected them in a week at that point.

Nope. Not since his video. I meant to check his instagram where more people actually comment. I can continue to wait if he's going to keep us in the loop, however, he's not AND he hasn't even offered refunds to people. I may file a CC claim if I don't get it next month.

Yes and no. The best place for updates is their instagram. With each new pic there's a conversation that goes on that the company sometimes participates in. They just got all their colors in, all the naked boxes. So I'm guessing assembly and 3d printing of your chosen design is now the next phase.

He has not been at all forthright about this process and blames everyone else. "I never said an exact date" and lots of people asking for refunds, they say they've emailed, and those same people not having said emails. I'm pretty upset about the whole thing and I'm stuck waiting for my product because I'll never see a refund.

I can say I know how you feel as I made the mistake of paying $150 via paypal gifting (not for merchandise, just giving money away, which they do not provide protection) for a setup that was on VapeTrader (was told it was an authentic Ischuros mech + Darang rda). First time using PayPal and just didn't know. I send an invoice for reimbursement every business day. We live and learn I guess. I hope you are able to get this resolved.
