Mist,
Sweeeet Pics...you convinced me to order some autosol polish..lol. Cleans and Shines niceeeee....Doesnt scratch the metal at all eh?

-Tim

Thanks Tim, yes it cleans and shines quite well...Does not scratch...And no need to rub hard, just give it one or 2 rounds of soft polishing...Could get messy though, but it does not stain your hands.

VERY NICE WORK MIST>>... I love the new signature too... that is really nice how it shows off the shiny button. How do you get that part so darn shiny? You have to be soaking it in something. I was thinking of maybe an ultrasonic cleaner maybe..?

Thanks Vapn,

I do not have an ultrasonic cleaner but I will have to try it. Yet one needs to take out the spring first, so it does not rust.

What I did is simply unscrew the whole button assembly and disassembled each part of it (a few seconds thing), then I put the polish on a towel, put the towel on the table, and rubbed the tiny parts on the towel, instead of rubbing them with the towel, like I do with bigger parts like the tubes. Same for the caps. Then I clean the polish off with a tissue.

Now if anyone likes the signature, here it is in 3 sizes (they all work i tried them):

Thanks for this info. I gave this a try tonight and happy with the way the button looks now. And Stormy's idea for the polishing cloth works for this also. I just put it on my leg and rubbed the parts of the button on it and it shines like gold now.... Nice I don't want to touch it now...darn it
