Youtubecommersial that lives in USA was worring about her Slim that I send her because it was not there on time (almost one month had passed). She went on post office and they told her that Slim was lost. She asked for a second time the post office after some days and they told her the same.
So I send her a new one for free.
Today she informed me that she got this first one!!!!!!!! So I have to say 3 things:

1) Post emloyeers are stupid:mad:

2) This shows that you dont have to worry immediately for your GG because customs are stupid too!!!!!:mad::mad:

3) Youtubecomercial is one of the most trusted persons here on ECF:thumb::thumb::thumb:

Thanks sweety for this, I really apreciate your move!!!!! I am very happy to be in business with people like you.

One thing this forum has definitely proven since I've been here is that there actually are still both generous and honest people out there ;)

I have notice that too Thye but those people you said are small quantity and rare too. I hope more people take that as a good example. Youtubecomercial lost some money and at the same time she won the respect of every person here.:)

Youtube is a VERY well respected member of this community, and while this was an HONEST act, this type of behavior should be the way everyone should behave.

There are a TON of good..scratch that...GREAT people here in the ECF community and I can only hope it stays this way. I have learned SO much here and hope I too, am able to help others. Im still learning, as I will never stop learning, and Youtube, along with many others are so valueable and needed here on ECF. I return the favor as often as I can this wonderful atmosphere keeps me coming back.

Wow.... I am proud to have Youtube on my friends list and she is one of the most respected people on that list. This just proves the point!!!

And yes Imeo our postal system really does stink pretty bad. They have lost more than one important item of mine. I sent a very important payment for a fine on my drivers license that was lost and I was out over 600 bucks. I sent another payment holding my breath the whole time...... Well, they received the first one over 8 weeks later and eventually returned the money to me (another 3 weeks) So I feel for you each time something gets lost in the mail over here.

I have recently found out how distressing it is when the postal service lets you down when you're trying to offer a service to a customer. It really makes one feel powerless - in my case, I know too that I am dealing with a lovely and honest customer - but it doesn't help you feeling personally responsible for the xxxx-ups of the postal service.

Well done guys for being such fab people. :D

This GG slim is new, so I said to youtube to sell it here. She will have a small profit for her inconvinience, the buyer will have a small profit too because he will buy cheaper and I didnt lost all my money

So all people are happy!!!!

If youtube keeps it, its ok with me again, she can make it as a gift to a friend:):):)

Nothing at all against youtube... but just wondering why I wasn't given the same "royal treatment" as a GG customer?

I'd ordered one of the (supposed) last Grants being made -- because I wanted the smaller Grant -- not a Transformer. I mailed my brand new (2 day old) GG Grant to Greece for a new button... and I get back an older (non-working) Grant in return (even though I'd taped address labels onto everything to make sure I got my own Grant back.) After contacting you about it, the only choice I was given was to return the non-working GG Grant in exchange for a GG Transformer.. because you are no longer making the GG Grant. So... not long after having the Transformer... suddenly the Grant IS being made again? You knew how disappointed I was about not getting my Grant back... but obviously you didn't even care. :mad:

I don't like the Transformer, it's just too big. My top cap is stuck on (seems to be a fairly common problem -- as there is nothing there to "grip" to unscrew it) and I have tried everything to get it off with no luck, so can't even use the smaller Nano size anymore. I also dislike the new button, even though it locks. It's not always practical to stand it up, but I can't set the thing down flat without worrying about it rolling and activating the button (burned out 6 attys that way) and shouldn't have to lock it each and every time I set it down! My Transformer is now in a drawer (with no batteries.)

So.... I'm not a happy customer. :( But, so glad that "some" customers can keep duplicate orders to give as gifts to friends. Or, sell to make a little profit for their "inconvenience" -- with your blessing -- even when the only "inconvenience" was a wait on the post office :confused:
What I went through was not my fault -- and after over $350 for GG, batteries, chargers, adapters etc. -- and I never even got what I ordered!

I imagine this post will be deleted.. but just had to vent after reading this post. I never caused any trouble here.. but I guess I was just never regarded as a "good" customer. :(

You said the word "supposed" last Grants. Yes they were the last ones but I change my mind because people wanted them again, I dont see something bad here because I am trying to satisfy my people!!!

As for the Grant return, I have said that I mixxed the GGs trying to fix them. The people that took another GG knows this already. I made a recall to help my people and I made a mistake. Ok but I think that I tried to help you more than anyone!!! You remember that I gave you an all new brand GGT, I send you the 20 euros for the gold caps that they got lost on post office from you to truelove even if I hadnt any connection to this shipping and I paid the shipping too. Yes?

I cant make only a GG because it will cost a fortune to me. I have to make big quantities to have them cheap, so I couldnt make only one for you and the truth is that I had no intention to make more Grant. But as I said, if my people want Grant they will have it.

You say that I dont care. Did you ever thought that I forgot your case because I have 1 milllion things in my head? And why didnt you send me a pm to remind me the situation ? I would be more than glad to help you. But you see only your side sweety. Please try to think of me too a little.:)

The stuck of the front cap is not a common problem, its yours and vaug's problem only between 300 GG that they are sold, so please dont put all happy customers to the same place.

If you dislike the button its a problem of yours, but if 300 people love it and you dislike it then I am in a good road, yes?:):):)

I didnt understand what you said about the locking button and why you burned your atomizers. If you lock it then you cant burn anything and also the GG cant roll to a table. Also, if you leave it to a table with the button unlocked, the GG doesnt activate even then. If your GG is been activated, please post a video here to see because this is impossible my dear.

You didnt got what you ordered because you never told me that you are unhappy. We solve our issues and I thought that you were ok. But you come here after 3 months to post? I dont understand your thoughts!! I left you ok but you were not ok, so you had to talk to me first , yes? Am I right? Whats the point of this post?

I dont delete posts sweety, you think wrong again. I delete crapy posts and yours isnt crappy but its a little strange because its out of time, it has no reason to be here after 3 months, and it has some wrong thoughts that I tried to answer.

I never left an unhappy customer Mixxy exept those that they told me that they were ok, like you, and some others that send me veeeery unpleasant pms. I am a man not a machine and I have feelings like you, so please try to read my post carefully and you will see that I am right.

If you disagree to anything of the above please feel free to tell me.

Firstly, may I say I am not posting in order to create trouble, far from it.

I too have a problem with the removal of the cap from the atomiser end.

I have two GG's, a Grant and a Trans, both are fitted with brass caps, and I am having this problem with both.

Am I blaming you as the manufacturer? No, not in any way, hence I have not brought this to your attention, either by PM or posting.

I do however, have a dexterity problem, and it would be nice if caps were available that were slightly deeper so that people like me, could find it easier to grip in order to remove.

Caps naturally get tight at that end due to the removal and replacement of atomizers, so its not a case of over tightening.

I did not, in those days, realise that there were products, which I could have used on the screw ends to prevent this problem, nor did I have a problem with either GG which re firing, so preventative cleaning was not done as often as perhaps I should have done.

I have tried various methods to try and release the caps, WD40 etc., but with no avail. I have not used pliers on the metal, as that would damage the brass, although I have tried duct tape around cap and then pliers around tape. I have also tried hot water, several times with no luck.

My Trans most certainly needs to be cleaned internally now, so if you do know of another method that I may not have tried to remove these caps, I would be interested to hear it.

Meantime, you say that you like to listen to customers ideas, so I would appreciate your considering the idea of deeper caps as an accessory, and if they had something to grip, as the AFS system appears to have, that would be a really positive bonus.
