GG slim protected batteries

Guys, I am making Super Slim now and I want to ask you what are the dimensions of your protected 10440 batteries (if you have any)

Slim can take inside an 11mm batteries in width and 46mm in length batteries. Are your batteries bigger, smaller or equal to those dimensions?

Thanks for your help. I cant wait for DX to send me batteries because SS would be delayed for 2 months maybe, they ship real quick

it says they are 10.25mm x 46.25mm

Then we are ok friend! GG is 11 inside and takes 46mm in length. If some of them are 46,25 we are ok

You should really ask Rob about the size of the ones he has in stock. I think those are 43 long. So if there is no spring inside it may be a problem. Magnetic spacers can slide off to one side in the slim and cause a short.

Are you going to make an all brass SSGG? If so, I know about the inability for a brass AFS, BUT can the AFS have brass caps? Also, can the metal mouthpiece also be made out of brass? If so, then the only Aluminum showing, would be the body of the AFS

I would LOVE this setup...and an option for 901 i-atties only - on AFS cap.

I don't think you will see imeo making anything brass that can be ingested into the human body. He feels that the oxidation from the brass is toxic and not good for us. The caps of the AFS would come into contact with the juice and also not be good for us. I asked the same question months back and got this answer.

SS has 2 springs inside so you can push hard or soft to make the contact. The one of the springs is for contacting any length of those 10440 too.

SS will be a dual tone friend, that means aluminium body and brass caps.
Sorry, no brass mouthpiese friend, As vapn said you will be poissoned from the oxide of brass soon

Titanium, stainless steel, plastic are the common materials that we can use sky. Aluminium is not so good but lets say that its ok. Brass, chrome, and maybe other metals are dangerous for the human health.

I think your dimensions are good then....specially since ya have springs in the Super Slim...should be good....Looking forward to the Super Slim....I think ya should NUMBER them like you did with the GGTS... Give them Serial numbers...
