Same here. Bruce when will you start shipping the stuff out? Thanks for your hard work Buddy.

I need a wee bit of advise on the use of a UFSv2. I searched for a thread discussion on using cartomizers in the UFSv2. No luck or operator search error  Imeo suggests they can be used but it seems most use the 510 atty. I shall also after they arrive, but in the meantime I thought I'd get a head start on the learning curve. Any advise would be appreciated.

You would have to peel/slot/punch the carto in order for it to work. If it reaches the top of the UFS then you won't need to use the extender but if it doesn't reach, you'll need to use the UFS in short mode (no window) or use the extender. Were there any specific questions you had?

Thank you loft......and yes i figured the carto punch thing out, LOL i was looking for wee tiny holes in the lower end of the carto ....found them but I guess the juice will not feed that way? Anyhow I'll wait for my atties to arrive and have another go. I was lucky and purchased a UFSv2 from a guy who had all the parts to make it a version 1 with sexy SS mouth piece or the version 2 with the top cap for using your own drip tip. So it's a pretty brilliant design to accept the different lengths and stuff.

With an atomizer, it just needs to be tall enough to clear the tank? Yes?? Thanks again :)

You do not have to punch the carto if it has the air holes on the bottom. You can try both at different times and see which option feeds better for you. You will be messing with the juice control a little bit to get it right. I personally liked the carto unpunched in the UFS.
I found an atomizer LOL it's embarrassing to admit not knowing what you have in your vape stuff, but........... weeeeeeeeee ............ it works great! I could not get a cartomizer to work however ....operator error I am sure.

Nah, cartos can be tricky in the UFS. I've tried, but have had much more luck (with less effort) with attys. I'm looking forward to that functionality in Odysseus, just to see how much different it is than the UFS.

LOL I found almost the exact oposite cartos for me had a much more forgiving learning curve.

Funny......same here. Cartos are just more forgiving. I always fill the carto as well as the tank and then as I vape through the filled carto and start towards the end I start opening the juice control. Still takes a bit of practice because you can flood a carto as well as an atty.

You better not post anymore because you'll have to keep coming back to update this post :)

Oh my...what have I done!! Only reason I did that was that I noticed the post count in time to see what changed in my "status" after a thousand posts. Now an "Ultra Member". That's right baby, ULTRA, yeah....!! LOL ;)

Lol, I just like being different :p My problem with cartos is that I was constantly flooding them, which led to frequent JC adjustment, where with attys I very quickly got the hang of opening just the right amount so I could "set it and forget it".
Today I've got a whole new learning curve going. Snagged an AVS recently off another member and it arrived today . . . I think I've now officially become a GG junkie

Congrats on the big 1000, Repent :toast:

You definitely don't need to slot or punch cartos for them to work in the UFS, not to mention that I'm pretty sure I just saw you posting about how you've been unable to get the knack of putting DCCs in your UFS xD
I have an unpunched 1.25ohm DCC in my UFSv2 right now in extended mode without an extender.
