As for the serial number list, will each reseller contact us on the list via ECF to let us know when ours are available? Has this been figured out yet?

This will be an issue for the vendors I suspect. In a way I have a bit of empathy for them, it's not going to be easy. I would think the most straightforward manner would be to add a field to the personal account page, an ECF user name. If two of the same name popped up, the conflict would need to be resolved through a PM here on ECF. That would work for COV, but not so sure about the EU vendors?

just an idea.....I bet Bruce has already sorted this out :)

When the P&P comes it will be a big challenge for me to match the person to the mod number....wow...

Would it help if those of us already on the list emailed you with our ECF user name, the serial number we reserved, contact info, so that could be cross referenced with our current COV account? We could put in the subject line something like GGPP Serial Number List. You could then archive those emails and use that to start sorting everything out. Just a thought.
