As for the serial number list, will each reseller contact us on the list via ECF to let us know when ours are available? Has this been figured out yet?

Well, except that they don't have our emails or a guarantee that the names on the list match up to users here...
Iv also wondered how the p&p will be done. Iv got two numbers for me and my ol lady (her first GG ever).. I think I'm more excited for her then she is.. I want my ggts with out having to fight her for it lol

But really,all this commotion and we have yet to see a glimpse of the darn thing...annoying to say the least.
When the P&P comes it will be a big challenge for me to match the person to the mod number....wow...

That actually isn't a bad idea. Since the pre-orders seem to be done.
Id throw my cash down now if it made it easier (ie, credit card# with name and addy, plus my forum name and number request)
This will be an issue for the vendors I suspect. In a way I have a bit of empathy for them, it's not going to be easy. I would think the most straightforward manner would be to add a field to the personal account page, an ECF user name. If two of the same name popped up, the conflict would need to be resolved through a PM here on ECF. That would work for COV, but not so sure about the EU vendors?

Would it help if those of us already on the list emailed you with our ECF user name, the serial number we reserved, contact info, so that could be cross referenced with our current COV account? We could put in the subject line something like GGPP Serial Number List. You could then archive those emails and use that to start sorting everything out. Just a thought.
