I would much rather pay up front and wait, vs have a site crash because the whole world is trying to buy all at once. This just makes it easier on everyone. Also there is a reason that handmade cars are not sitting on a lot by the thousands for you to just pick from. I hope they continue to do things this way. For 2 weeks now I can just sit back patiently, knowing my Pen is on the way, and not have to worry about a internet fight in the middle of the night.

when you do presales and the stuff will arrive to you in 2 months its not the right way striker. If you do presales and the stuff is in store in 1 week then its more than ok and you avoid a battle to buy what you want when it comes available.
All my stuff that went for presale were in stores after a week. But this time there was a delay because people that ordered an Odysseus also bought a Penelope too. So the shipments from the seller to customers went a little back so they can be shipped together.

All this talk about hardships make me want to join the party. I thought the site ment that it would be shipped to me on the 15th. Also ordered a PV I could really use with the atty, unknowing that my stuff would take so long. To be honest I have been talked off the ledge twice, when I wanted to just ask for my money back. The only thing that stopped me was knowing that it would take a week to get the money back in my PP account.

Everyone expects people to come here for updates yet the website IMO should be the last word. Its where I pay. Its where I got my info. Now its been 10 days since I expected shipping here, and its not even on its way yet. Im not happy but not going to show my ... here. I do think presales should be banned. No way should people be able to sell what they dont have. You see bad feedback on Ebay and Amazon for that sort of thing all the time. The only one that is ever put out is the person paying. Not real fair IMO.

I would make a suggestion with all these complaints,, I would at the very least update your web-site about the delay or the shipment etc... etc... Not that I have room to talk when it comes to shipping delays but 1000 x 123$ (or whatever it was/is) deserves an update IMHO

The website is often uninformative. Look at what it says for the ext kit. Its so far out of date its not funny. Then like I said the shipping date was stated for the 15th. I just figured it would be just that, and why would I think otherwise? Waiting on a PV also and not just the atty. I would have loved to pay more shipping to have got the PV but I had no idea at the time I would be waiting even longer. It gets old vaping with junk. Anyone that has anything contradictory to say must be in the money and happy with what they have sitting on the desk. Im not, and im tired of waiting.

Also what everyone is saying about website pandemonium is not holding water here. People will buy when they buy no matter if its preorder or not. You guys did a good job and got a bunch of them and it took days to sell out of them. Whats the diff if its presale or not? Does that mean that people all get in a line when they order the presale item? I think not.

Well usually web-sites ship once when your whole order is in.. Now if that is not stated on COV then yes he should communicate with you and work something out especially since its only a 3-5$ shipping cost to get your other item out... But I do feel you, really pre-sale or not what is the difference? if he has them in hand or not they will still sell out in the same amount of time IMO...

I for one am not "in the money" as I am unemplyed, but that does not mean since quitting smoking I haven't budgeted for my vaping gear.

I know it is frustrating to wait for something. I ordered and paid for a PV on Feb 3rd, and just recieved it last week. At first I was told it would be approx. 8 weeks, then when it became 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 it got painful. As of last Thursday I have it in hand. I would rather have truth in why I am waiting than to have excuses.

Bruce and Imeo work very hard at being up front about time frames. I must say I have not seen them promise and not deliver. Sure the website said the 15th, but on these threads they have been clear as to if they are in or not. This was my first presale with COV, and I noticed some ordered the Ody and Penelope separate, I ordered it on the same order. Later I realized that those who did it separate will get two shipments rather than one like me, if I am correct in that.

Sorry you do not have anything that is settling your vaping needs. Since taking up vaping, I have always been looking for better ways, but I don't let shipping prevent me from vaping. The downside to many of these PVs we all so desperatly want is that they are not mass produced in China, and the demand far out weighs the supply. So unfortunately it results in a waiting game.

I am sure nothing I am saying will help ease your frustration, but in some ways I do share it with you. If you were local to me I would offer some kind of help with what I have! There is always the classies and have seen many things I want, but have held off to have my own brand new one!

No sir. I was under the impression it was shipping on the 15th. Then was told by a member that it was a week behind. Then I find out its longer then a week. Then I find out all the shipping times are to COV not to my box. I submitted a ticket for a refund a week or so ago, but was talked off the ledge, and canceled it thinking I didn't have much more time till it was here.

Wow everyone needs to take a deep breath. Good things come to those that wait. The supplier and imeo try there best to make everyone happy. They don't control shipping. All these complaints after complaints won't make your stuff to you any faster. Take a big vape and relax.

I am relaxed. I feel like I (the customer) am the only one taking the hardship here, and I have the rite to voice my opinion. That effects change. Rather then sitting here like a sheep with a fake smile, I have a voice. I earned that when I paid back on the 6th thinking this stuff would be on its way come the 15th. Think about that for a second. If it says shipping on the 15th then why would I question it??? I also can't figure that the shipping date would be from across the pond when I am not paying someone across the pond. Lets get real.

I admit, this is turning into a rant. I want this rant to be over, but if people keep poking me it wont be, cause I am in the right. Making people wait to save shipping cost is also not fair. Is it poor planing and some greed? At any rate I am paying the price, and I don't like it.

So Imeo your saying that the Ody and Penelope will be shipped together? I am confused so I have to wait for the Penelope to be shipped before I get my separate order for the Ody? (meaning another week? confused... I know it will be another week for Penelope since you just shipped it but I have to wait for the Ody even longer or?)

Yeah I ran into that problem too. There's one guy who used to always have it (the one supervape is talking about). All I did was email him asking to put some up a few days ago, and few hours later he put up quantity of 10 100ft 32awg A-1. Now it seems like he only has 1000ft, but try messaging him through eBay, he seemed like a reasonable guy to me. Good luck!
