Log in to CoV and check the order status. If it shows "confirmed" then you're fine. Sometimes the confirmation emails don't go out properly when the server is being overloaded like it was last night. I've had that happen a few times, but as long as my order shows as confirmed in my order history it's always gotten to me

Hey Ez, I think its a beautiful holder - no kidding. I love it. You will not see me post about things that miuch unless I really like them. I think its great.

Sometimes when the site crashes, the automated responses do not always get sent out. But if you look and the order says confirmed, it is.

Mandy, there is a back up currently in CS tickets I am working my best to resolve them all but I am one person and there are hundreds... Im sorry you have not been taken care of yet.

I got my Ody 2 weeks ago from the classifieds. It is amazing. I got Penelope 2 days ago, I put her together 2 hours ago, she's a beautiful creation. Trying to get parts last night was not a good experience.

I want to request that everything be sold thru pre-sale. It is the only fair way anybody can get a device. If I have to try to get a GGTS in a few weeks, the same way as last night, I wont even try. So everybody will have 1 less person to crash the site. I will not go thru what I went thru last night again. It is not a civil way to sell such an amazing device.

Pre-sale is a civil way to sell such a product. No offense intended, just my opinion.

Well I must say the Penelope sure is purdy. I know it's a total fluke but the way this one threads matches the wings up perfectly with the Provari logo. Doesn't match up at all on the Provari mini but MAYBE penelope #2 that's currently in the mail will.

Imeo you will note that I have an empty spot in my home made PV holder. It's waiting for something you're making.....

Also no laughing at my home made holder. I'm only two weeks into vaping and I couldn't find one online so I carved a piece of trunk from a peach tree my gardener had to cut down. Some of the people on this forum have incredible wood working skills...I am not one of them.

I simply wanted to order ready wires and wick. I've tried several times since I purchased penelope to try to buy anything from COV, but cannot log on. I've sent tickets, e-mails etc. and no one has ever helped me with the issue. I'm frustrated with the lack of service.
If you can tell me where to get ready wire and wick I would appreciate it. Then I can try my hand at building a wick.

Sorry if I sound ungrateful, but I've been living with no electricity in a heat wave for a week now. I'm exhausted and just wanted to try the product for which I have waited. Now I can't.

It was definitely frustrating, but I don't see how a Pre sale would make it any different. Once the Pre sale is announced, it will be just like last night. My biggest gripe is the fact that placing an item in your cart does not guarantee that item will still be available by the time you check out. The system should update inventory as items are placed in the cart, not at the end of the check out process. As it is now, you have to choose the item most important to you and go straight to check out just to have a chance at getting anything.

There are other high end vendors out there that sell medium grade devices and those vendors and sites and products are not worthy of the ultimate in customer service. Well GG products are not for everybody, and the purchasing process deserves the same respect aqs the devices themselves. As do the high end customers who look forward for months to purchase them. We deserve a little bit more respect during the purchasing process than a feeding frenzy. It a classy product that deserves to be used and sold as such.

Imoe does not put his heart and soul into his product for it to turn into a free for all shark tank.

Again, please understand this opinion is coming from a member of the GG family that wants to be treated with the respect that I treat my device. I am not trying to bash or fight with anyone.

I tried to buy wick and ceramic for Penelope and preorder Penelope last night, I couldn't get to shopping cart (error message), by the time I can get the cart and checkout guess what the wick and ceramic was gone.
So I'm on the edge to preorder the penelope only since I can't have the other parts (no one knows when this parts would available). I was hoping they put a limit on how many items one person can buy so it makes a little bit more fair to everyone.

Another friend of mine could never log on - I even had to do an order for him. I understand how you would be frustrated, even more so with no electricity. I dont know if it was a browser problem or what it was. Next time I would click on things, put them in the basket, when checking out, create a new acct.

I also had the same problem with a juice company - could only go so far and the site would not take my CC# - had to create another new acct.



I dont think these companies can help you fix computer problems but I would try doing a new acct. Did you try another computer to log on??

I have tried other computers. I don't know what the problem is. I tried again later today and it worked!!! Eureka!! Of course, there is nothing left that I need to buy...LOL.
I've rested and cooled off, so I'm in a better state of mind to tackle Penelope...tomorrow She is a beauty, that's for sure, so I really hope I can do this right.

In fact COV had enough stock for at least a week from what I recall. It's all about supply and demand and you can be sure that since this next batch of GGTS units equates to 700 total, when the sale happens, Pre sale or not, it will be a frenzy. Unfortunate but true, it is the only unpleasant experience with owning Imeo's products. It's been difficult for me to adjust to this but in the end, you either choose to deal with it or not. Again, it's about supply and demand, and if there were a better way to distribute such a limited quantity of HIGHLY desired products, I'm sure Bruce would have implemented it.

That's the odd thing. I had NO trouble ordering Penelope, but could never log onto the site afterward. I did happen to get it to work tonight...of course there's nothing left that I need to buy..LOL.
Who knows if it will work tomorrow though?

I see why people can get away with the prices they charge in the classys for these items.

The complexity of the TS is exactly the reason Imeo states for the low production. And truth is, if you consider the build quality, as well as all of the functionality of the TS, they are underpriced new. At least in my opinion. So you combine that with low production and you get feeding frenzies. But hey, when we do manage to get one Ken, we will appreciate it all the more

It took me many months to get my first GGTS, to get the next one I had to miss sleep to grab one and get a headache over the stress. It all depends on how bad you want one what your willing to do.

I feel the GGTS is worth the effort - to get one you must adapt and improvise.
