thanks, i was at the GG forum and they said that COV does combine orders but they dont adjust the shipping costs, so If I placed 3 orders, than I will be charged 3 times, I hope that is not true

I just got a confirmation from e-smoke guru regarding the pre orders, they combined my orders and sent me a refund for one of them , that was was real nice of them. I wish COV would contact me so quick.

They also said that they will be shipping out on the 12th, thats so cool.

Unfortunately that's not gonna happen. COV doesn't work like that. That would be a good thing if they did.

Seriously, I hate doing business with COV, but hey, they have the GG and I pre-ordered the Stealth about a month ago (I'll probably never get it now .. lol). What really gets me is the stupid wire that is never in stock. They sell you the atty with one little wire, that doesn't seem to last very long, and you have to go searching around the forums and internet to find the right wire. It's ridiculous .. it's a freaking piece of wire! I was so upset my husband had to get wire from some of my other atomizers just to shut me up. Poor guy. But no matter what I can never, ever leave him! I mean it would be a requirement that the next one would have to be able to fix my atomizer!

You can get premade wires from avid vapor that work well or buy bulk rolls off amazon or eBay like I did

the wire is not hard to find...I get mine from here--> WIRES.CO.UK E-CIG IATTY ATOMIZER WIRE

It may take about a week to get to GA. I still have a 50g roll of nickel and nichrome that I got in aug 2011. Using an iatty, ody, penelope. I have enough left to last another year.
both rolls will come to about $50

Yes leaving greece on the 12th, then has to get to Florida COV and then they will send it to us, maybe a week or 2. I got that info from a little birdie. Yeah !

SWEET! Do you know if this includes the most recent pre-order, or is this for the previous one that included the GGTS and UFS?

We had a lot of wire in stock for a while. It goes fast when individuals order a 100 pre-made wires per order, last round of GGs we ordered thousands and thousands of wires, Im sorry if you didnt manage to obtain some, we had a lot in stock for a good couple days...

I suggest signing up for the "notify me" feature to receive an automated email when they are in stock. Also I feel that I do a rather reasonable job of posting and letting people know when we are going to post wire and wick, and generally all new things//things going back into stock on the site, so you should check back often.

I dont know why you would doubt receiving your order that you placed Qwerty... Thats rediculous. Why would you not receive what you ordered and paid for? You just need to keep in mind that Imeo is the man making these mods, so he controls availability, along with anything else GG related. Your advance order, reserved a mod to be made for you, so he still needs to machine them, and that takes time.


@jager: Imeo said he is going to try and ship out to us soon. So with travel time and time for processing/polishing/ what have you, we estimate a few more weeks.

Imeo says he only sends as much wick and wire as the sellers ask for. He specifically said it's not his fault the wick sold out because he only sends whats asked for. So instead of thousands and thousands of wires, how about 10s of thousands of wires. A lot of people dont like to make their own. This product does not have a shelf life. Stock the shelves.

I actually feel just the opposite. COV has always treated me very well. They're very prompt on shipping orders and my experience is that the merchandise they sell is good quality. One time I did get a couple of DOA dual coil attys and when I informed Justin about it he shipped me replacements the same day. Now I know the wick & wire thing has been frustrating for lots of folks but I just found another supplier for that. I prefer buying in larger quantities anyhow cause those are things I don't ever wanna run out of.

When items are in high demand, like the GG. It helps to be on top of the conversations in the forums. It also helps to have an automated reminder alert you when an item becomes available.
I have seen quite a bit of posts, saying "I missed it". Some are new to GG and some have been around a little while. I feel if you have been around long enough to have a GG, and know about this forum, then its your own fault that you missed it.
BUT just like everything else in life there is a first time for everything, and there is things that have to be done to obtain certain consumables for vaping your favorite setup. Like asking questions and just plain reading.

I agree with everything you said. If something is important to you you do what you need to do. I think the key is first to know what you want and then not hesitate one minute when you see it. Not a single GG item I own - a couple Penelopes, a couple Odysseus, a GGTS, an incoming SS 4 in 1 cap, misc parts, wicks, wires, whatever, was purchased at retail. Sometimes with a wait, but that's OK. I'm set and I'm no different from anybody else, in fact I'm less glued to my computer screen than many.

Other things that I don't have I may look at with envy occasionally, but in the end I'm happy for I know that if I truly wanted it I'd have done what was necessary to posess it.
