Imeo, Is it possible to have a Penelope v4 mouthpiece for a standard drip tip like tilemahos?

I'am new to ecig, this forum, and GG. Just received a Tilemahos and a Penelope. My first RBAs. Really awesome.
On Tilemahos my second build I ever made taste wonderful. A very beginner friendly device!
Penelope on the other side seems to be more sensitive. After several builds I'm still not able to achieve the performance of the Tilemahos. But I'll try it further.
Now I’am interested in Ithaka (I'm afraid I have GG-GAS. Not very healthy for my wallet ;-). I really like the design and hope it taste like Tilemahos.

most important thing is, we know what each other means.
and in the worst case it is possible to ask in german language as well.
in my opinion, each atty of gg has it´s own characteristic, so it´s not easy to compare them.
wich version of penelope do you use? and maybe you can post some pics of your wick to have a look.

Thank you for offering help. It's a Penelope V4 mini (why mini?) and a Tilemahos V2
Here my last build on the Penelope.
I use 6 wraps with 0.30 (AWG 28) Kanthal, 2.5mm diameter and cotton and get 1.3 ohm resistanz.
I also tried 5 and 7 wraps (1.1 and 1.5 ohm) with and without space between the raps. And tried different position in relation to the airhole and more or less cotton. All are ok, but not great and I taste no major differences.

hey gekka, sieht gar nicht so schlecht aus deine wicklung.
nur ein paar anmerkungen von mir, die mir auffallen.
zuerst der lange drahtrest um die beiden pole herum, den solltest du direkt an der schraube kürzen.
du schneidest die watte schön kurz an den kanälen ab, vielleicht sogar zu kurz.
versuch mal, ein ganz wenig watte (aber auch nur ganz wenig) überstehen zu lassen.
zumindest sieht es so aus, als würden sie nicht die gesamte öffnung abdecken.
ich wickel oft genau wie du (selber draht, selber durchmesser etc.) jedoch keine mc bei dieser wicklung. die kommt nur zum einsatz, wenn ich eine parallelcoil bastel.
vielleicht versuchst du noch andere drahtsorten wie v2a oder titan.
in jedem fall ist die penelope einer meiner lieblinge, die versionen eins und zwei sogar noch mehr, da die keramik eine ganz eigenen geschmak verbreitet.
das gilt übrigens auch für odysseus und natürlich auch den ursprünglichen ithaka.

Thanks for the tips. I will try them. And I will buy titanium wire as soon as e-smokeguru is back from the vacation. I just start vaping 3 weeks ago, after 30 years of smoking. So much to learn, so much fun.
You can buy titanium wire at zivipf.de. 0.29 mm and 0.34 mm grade 1 works great.

And you have @TheotherSteveS to thank for the recommendation! He has been telling me all about his luxury RTAs and I have gone crazy with the credit card to upgrade my collection. Chinese stuff is great value, but I wanted something special and top quality for a change I received my first Greek atomizer, the Gus Phenemenon Lite, at end of last week, followed tomorrow by your Tilemahos v2. Then later this week I will experience some German engineering in the form of the Vape4Me Horizon and Vapor Giant Mini v2.5. And then in a week or two I go move further east, when I receive the Ukranian Titanium Ataman 2!
At least when I get evicted from my house I will have very nice vaping gear to keep me calm living on the streets
When you have a minute, I have a few questions for you if you don't mind. Sorry if any are already answered in this thread, I did search but could not find the same questions answered:
- What is the capacity of the Tilemahos v2 23mm with clear tank?
- I think video says capacity is 4.6ml with stainless tank? But you said clear tank is a little thicker so maybe it is a slightly smaller capacity?
- Most vendors are out of stock of most parts - eSmokeGuru had the tank I most wanted but I also hoped to get a stainless tank, and more spares
- Do you know when e-SmokeGuru or other vendors will have more stock of your stainless tank, more spares, and also Penelope v4, drip tips, etc?
- I especially want to get more capture screws, I am sure I will need them at some point. (I believe the Tilemahos v2 comes with no spares, so it will come with only two screws I assume?)
- Is it recommended to clean the Tilemahos v2 completely on receiving, like with mass produced atomizer? Or are they already cleaned?
- I always give any atomizer at least a quick wipe with alcohol, but with mass produced/Chinese atomizers I do a full Ultrasonic clean first as they usually have machine oil/dirt.
- It would be nice to know if this is unnecessary with the Tilemahos.
- Is it necessary/recommended to close the air flow when top filling?
