AFS V3 is getting a lot of leakage in the collection tank, after an hour it almost full is there anything to check that can be causing this? I'm using vasoline on everything.

Make sure your addy is nice and tight. This is usually the problem when mine is flooding. When you unscrew the top cap to fill it has a knack for working the addy loose.

Yes definetly make sure the atty is tight on there. And make sure this bottom(copper?) part is snug shown in the pic

Also the reason a lot of us use the punched 808 cartos in these........
