the bottleneck in airflow seems to be the hole in the 3V atty. the 6V atty had a larger hole bored into it by IMEO and drew much better. i have a drill press and may try to DIY.

ps ive found no leakes without the o-ring mentioned above. furthermore the heat from the atty seems to deform it.

o-ring cant get deformed my friend shaun because the temperature at the point where o-ring sits is very very low. O-ring is made for more than 100 celsius degree and the point where o-ring sits is so cool that you can touch it by hand easily

About two times a day I have a more difficult draw using any East-Mall 901HVs.
But I have an easy trick to solve it fast.
I am not 100% sure of the reason, being a flooded atty or other...

What I do is:
Close the Control-Ring first.
Unscrew a little bit the big cap near the mouth piece (not the small cap) till I can blow a small amount of air through the mouthpiece.
There will be a very small amount of liquid around the tank that I clean.
Screw back then open control ring.
And it's back to vaping heaven.

It's a very small inconvenience compared to all the pleasure I get from this GGTSv2+AVS.

Fred,
Good info..So basically your blowing air through the atty? to unflood or unclog it? Correct? And then your back to vaping nicely...and I guess at the end of vape session you have some flood liquid in the tank... right?

-Tim
Right, I blow air through the atty using the mouthpiece while having the control ring closed. That means the air exit is the small space left by opening the big cap of the main tank a little bit.

That explains why some liquid will come with the air unless your tank is not full or you are not blowing too hard.
Doing that everyday I have a very small amount of liquid and 'each' time it's back to perfect vaping / big smoke unless it was the batteries that were low.

After doing that, how can explain..., it will make the "gluurrrg" sound ;) you usually get after refilling your tank.

That happens because atty is clogged and that way you just unclogg it fred my friend. Its a nice trick buddy:)
