Just got mine & I am LOVING it. Quite sure you'll feel the same way. It's funny how sometimes you get these hardware pieces & at 1st you think, "Gee, that's it! It's awfully small...tiny". But then you get down to using it, working & playing with it & before no time at all it's big as a mountain in your eyes..& mostly your heart...enough even for some to take to engraving it...!

Anyway, good luck tomorrow. Here's to hoping the postman has no funny accidents cuz that would be, well, not funny at all...lol

Y'see I just got my own KTS-GGTS in the mail today & I'm over the moon with it. Tomorrow I'm taking sandpaper to the firing connectors & end cap spring & then slowly start working on building my first coils for my new AGA-S RBA also in today's vapemail.

It's so nice to find a place where this wonderful, afordable, performance heavy Mech MOD is getting the respect & appreciation it richly deserves, instead of too many places where it gets trashed (for no real good reason - OH well, their loss, & their wallet's)

Well, back to pouring over threads, learning & finding out with each new page just how clueless I really am. Onwards & forwar---OOps! just tripped!!! ;-) lol

Maybe it's just the picture but... your top & bottom caps look real brassy. Mine were plated in the yellow-gold.
Seeing yours has the serial number, think it must be the new edition. Do you have a gold spring?

The KTS gold/chrome looks exceptionally good, handling is very nice too, just wouldn't drop it too often

After sanding the switch and post to brass, put it on multimeter using a panny 18650ch (no more than few dozen charges)

0.6ohm 28awg
no load: 4.02v
RBA posts, 3 readings: 3.73, 3.74, 3.72v
loss: ~7.2%
Mod + batt + RBA: ~0.05ohm

2.5ohm 32awg
no load: 4.01
RBA posts: 3.93, 3.93, 3.91
loss: ~2.2%
Mod + batt + RBA: ~0.06ohm​

I think these are great numbers, didn't bother testing with a different battery.

I really like it, had to order another one.

i think my second one will be all chrome. mini did will match. But i love my gold n chrome. Would hate to drop it... so i keep it in a safe place.
Will get these pictures straight some day!! These are both in 18350 mode. Natural and KTS gold n chrome, bic for size.

Is there a guide/material list touching up the KTS? Sanding the contacts. I'm new to vaping all together and don't want to break anything. Already have problems with my ego-c twist and my vamo.

To all CCTS owners and prospective buyers, save yourself the heartache of a stripped 510 connection and get the "Airflow Controller" from Stormy's or Madvapes. The diameter is perfect on the Chi Chi and you'll gain a SS 510 connection you can replace for $3. SS is much more durable than brass. Since a lot of tanks are steel, they can just shred the brass thread on a Chi Chi - it happened to one of mine. The AF thingy eliminates the worry & actually does offer a primitive AF control.

Hello hello fellow bay arean!! Unfortunately, it doesn't have the gold spring, it has a "black" spring. I got it from Mountain Oak Vapors. I'm rambling a bit here, but they didn't include the extra 510 adapter for it =/.

19mm. And the Boge F-16 &/or X8, though 20mm, looks cool.

Hey-O! 3 pics of KTS I got a couple of days ago from Vaporus. Top is DCT Tank (or Boge F16, not sure) & copper skull drip tip. I adore my Gold Chrome KTS. After sanding down the chrome off the brass connectors (switch pin, end cap post + bottom atty connector contacts battery pos. end), it started to sizzle. With the kick (I strongly recommend all KTS owners to get an extension tube for using the Kick w 18650 battery; also makes Kick + 18500 much easier. Extension tube is just a 2nd top telescope tube. They sell for 4 to 6 bucks at places like Canvape, Vapoury & others...), this gleaming badboy kicks like an angry mule. VAMO's getting jealous. Strangely, my SVD isn't, tho I suspect it's too arrogant to be capable of it. lol






Will post more pics this week - if I can peel my hands off the KTS lol

Sweet, can you use any top cap on a KTS? would MKB-TS new top cap also fit with GGTS work?

Don't worry - that's the better version because you can adjust the center post. The new version has a fixed CP ;^(
Although V2 may have a better switch.

The adapter is marketed separately unless you purchase the MKB+Terminator bundle direct from China. You can pick one up for about $10 at Stormy's.

I think the IBTank 19mm looks rather awesome, and you can get a variety of colored o-rings too
