GGTS Help Please

I have the new GGTS+AVS using a LR 901 atomizer and a AW 18650 2900mah battery. I have 2 issues that have been happening a lot lately.

1) Misfires - I will have to hold down the button at different angles to get the GG going...becoming very irritating.

2) Button gets warm - My finger gets warm from pressing the button after a few hits in a row. I've tried different atomizers/batteries, but this always happens.

Anyone that knows of some solutions, please help me out!

New unit? If old maybe a strip down and clean the contacts etc..

simple solution Zai. Clean the base of the button and the axis that is attached to the button's cap.

Shorts happen every day. Also the current makes black marks on the axis and to the button's base.

If button is hot, change atomizer and maybe batteries

Make sure your buttons set screw is tight !!! that little brass ring that holds the button in place, There really cant be much that goes wrong with a GGTS, also make sure your end cap and the post that screws into it and the spring are all installed snug. I would put a meter on your AW Batt just to check it, is it charging very fast ? or taking forever to charge ? could be a bad batt and lastly make sure your top cap is clean,snug,and the threads are clean and dry.. I use the exact same set up often on my GGTS as you are describing and cant see anything else that could be problematic here. Please post again and let us know after you have checked all these things your finding Zaiden

Can I use an alcohol pad to clean the caps?

yep, eraser too on contacts.

being at work most of the time i use the eraser route my self and it works like a charm.

Thanks everyone....problem solved. I cleaned up the threads and the eraser trick seemed to fix my issue.
