GGTS Tube inner DIA

I know this has been discussed before but I am not having much luck finding it. I am looking for either the inner diameter of the GGTS tube or maybe the highest diameter of an AW IMR. Basically I am wanting to try out a new IMR batt it is a Callie's Kustoms batt and if I remember right their protected batts didn't fit well in the GGTS but I believe those were 18.7mm dia and the IMR's are 18.2 so I am hoping they will fit.

I measured 4 of the ones I have and the ID of the telescopic tube ranges from 18.30-18.40 mm. The smallest is the brass one I just received. You'll have to take out the TT to use the 18.7 battery.

Para to the rescue yet again!! Thanks I think the IMR should be fine at 18.2 if not I may have to finess it a bit.

All I use for 18650 is Panasonic cgr19650ch's. Best battery IMO hands down. It fits fine in the GGTS.
