The vape I'm getting from using the GGTS USB adapter is just amazingly perfect - connected to a good quality USB hub it really is 5v vaping at it's very best

Just having one slight problem (most likely me being dumb). I'm having a bit of a problem keeping the telescopic system in the perfect position with the false "battery" that comes with the kit.

Any help/tips greatly appreciated :D

Thanks Danno :)

I've been following Rob's (vaporkings) instructions - re not completely closing the 2 main halves of the GG :

YouTube - USB passthrough for GG Telescopic Storm!

But that doesn't make it snug so I'm getting movement (if I make it snug, it vapes on it's own).

Lol, not sure if I'm making any sense :D

I had to adjust my button a hair. That solved the problem for me. :)

if you tight the telescope then GG vapes on its own? Thats impossible. Something is going on here. Can you please tell me more Chrissie?

Mine would do the same thing imeo. The center pin on the plug gets pushed off to one side and the pin on the GG end cap goes between the center pin on the plug and the side wall of the plug. Creating a short. I think there needs to be a spring on the inside somewhere to absorb some of the pressure.

I thought of that. It was impossible to be a GG problem but its a wire connector problem. I have notice that all things that I dont make are not good. Maybe I have to macnine my own connector for the wire

Good idea!! I think it needs to be attached with some sort of cone shaped plastic part that slips over the plug and screws onto the back cap of the GG. Holding everything together much better.

Apologies for delay in getting back to you all.

Lol, I'm really finding this hard to describe, but here goes.

If I tighten the the body of the GG so that it's snug up to the false battery that came with the kit, my attie fires, even with the button on lock.

If I leave a similar gap as shown in Rob's video (ie showing the same amount of brass inner sleeve) then it doesn't work. So my main problem is finding the exact spot & then keeping it in place at that spot. That's not easy to do due to it not being snug, so therefore the sleeve spins a bit every time I pick it up to vape.

I think that the problem is that when you screw the wire on the GG then the brass connector get unthreaded. Please thread very well the brass that the GG A/C connector cap has and try again

Whooee, problem solved, Stormy was right . It was my button that needed adjusting, thank you Stormy :D

Imeo, I'm guessing this means that the brass pole on the AC cap must have a slightly wider circumference than the GGTS standard button cap?

No its exactly the same Crissie. 7mm both of them. I dont know exactly what happened but if your problem solved then we are ok:):)
