Gift certificates entry

I have bought enough stuff from madvapes to redeem a gift certificate. I decided to use it, picked my items, went to check out and didn't see ANYTHING that said gift certificate. So I thought maybe they just throw it in on the end and managed to completely check out charging my account the full price.

I opened a ticket and asked if it could be fixed and was told No.

So ok whatever i forgot something anyway and picked out one item to buy and again while going through the checkout process there is NOTHING saying "hey here is where you use your gift certificate"

So I thought wth and put it in the discount coupon field and it worked.

I think madvapes needs to be more clear on how to redeem these things.

When you go to "checkout" there is a box that says "apply coupon"
type in the gc # madvapes sent you.

Yea I figured it out, but it is not intuitive. It should say discount code or gift certificate. Or atleast tell you where to put the code in the email.

They Do ! If you click on "my rewards" then read all the way on the bottom it tells you to put it in
the coupon box.
