Actually the full size comes with BVC coils now. And going by what you're saying should I assume that both coils that came with my fully authenticated nautilus are bad or fake?
no, the bdc were problematic though, the bvc ive tried have not disappointed me in one bit, luv them

Bottom coil clearomizers work on a pressure/vacuum system. When you fully fill the tank and screw the bottom cap back on, it creates pressure. Just like when you screw the cap onto a soda pop. As you use it throughout the day and the liquid level drops in the tank, that pressure/vacuum changes. If you let your liquid level in the tank get low (low is beneath the point where your coil and the air tube meet), it WILL gurgle, leak, or spit liquid back into your mouth.

Simple fix. Fill the tank back up again (fill it back up fully), only tighten the tank finger-tight onto the device (do NOT over-tighten or torque it on super tight), and take looooong, slow, gentle pulls. Don't rip on it hard. Let the atomizer (burner, filter, whatever you want to call it) do the work for you.

EDIT: The type of e-juice also affects coil performance. Really dark, really sweet, or really thick liquids will burn through your coils faster. Citrus flavors can do the same, also.

points taken. that is just my suggestion. The learning curve compared to, uhm, an orchid? I was probably exaggerating my point.
gotta admit though, a kayfun'll fire just about anything you slap in it. (probably exaggerating again)

the OP asked for a new tank suggestion, and I tried to give him one accompanied by what I know. Troubleshooting is TOTALLY worth it, but there comes a point...

Another tip I forgot: if your bottom coil clearo is gurgling or spitting liquid into your mouth, take it off your device, and (do it in a place where you won't mind if juice splatters everywhere) flick it hard like a thermometer. Flip it upside down and do it again. Do it until there isn't any more juice coming out.

I had a Nautilus Mini which worked great till the first coil burned out. After that I have tried more than a dozen coils, from multiple pack and locations and everyone of them get's the burnt taste after 2-3 puffs. Tried on my Vamo V5 from the lowest to the highest watts, tried it on my wife's spinner 2. Have let it set with the liquid in it anywhere from 5 mins to a few days with no luck so it got tossed in a drawer. Picked up an Aerotank Mega and I love this tank, no issues what-so-ever and nice adjustable airflow.

When I bought mine the guy at the shop put it together. Coil into the base, 3 drops of juice into the coil and placed it aside sitting upright. Then filled the tank, and assembled the top and bottom together. He then completely blocked off the air flow by twisting the adjustment ring so it was situated between 2 air holes and had me draw really hard on it till a few bubbles came out of the holes at the bottom of the coil, then he said keep going, probably about a good 10-15 in total. Opened the air and all was vapy, nice and tasty.

Doug that sounds exactly like what happened to me when I first got mine, full size - but it was the BDC coils. Now I have the Nautilus BVC coils they work great. Angie I didn't see which coils you are using. Are they authentic Nautilus BVC? ohms? what setting are u vaping at? watts/volts?

I have the full size Nautilus and ran thru the same problems you described. Always flooded after the BVC was changed from the BDC. Finally tried changing it again with a new BVC and the problem went away. Been good since with little flooding. Nothing a tissue won't cure. Been impressed already with the vapor and flavor over the EVOD tank I have.

Edit: The first BVC I overtighted. Also, I started closing the air hole after refilling it until I had it back together and opening it only when it was upright.

It's the new bvc coils 1.8. I run it around 3.8 - 4 v. Been sat all night at the moment it's working. This has happened with all 3 coils. One minute running fine then I take a draw get flavour but hardly any vaper. Think I am chain vapeing a bit as I feel I'm not always getting the hit I need. Is the aero mega a warmer vape. I do find the nautilus quite a cool vape and I prefer a warm vape with a good th. always found I got that with the cheap evod glass dual coil.

I've cleaned under coil again. Bit worried about keep doing this as there's a small spring in there don't want to damage it. At the moment it's working better than ever since I've had it. Tons of vapour and flavour. Still can't see how the juice is getting under coil. Only seal I can see is on the actual coil itself. Fingers crossed it carries on working
There's a spring in there and you can see it just looking down the chimney? I'm no pro, but that sounds like a BDC, not the new BVC. The BDC is known for it's horrible performance with many. If there's not a mesh screen , and you can see the "spring" you have BDC and should get BVCs and try the Nautilus with them.

I do have to say all my aerotanks were pretty much problem free. Every night I changed the coil aand let the used one soak in alcohol. Rinsed well in the morning and set aside to dry. Two coils per tank doing that but I could usually get a month's use.

Then I tried the kayfun and it was game over, lol!

But, if you want plug and play, aerotanks work well, have decent flavor and make plenty of vapor.
