Thanks for asking and sorry for the late reply.

For the reason I haven't picked the thrid winner:
I have counted the participants that has joined the contest until July 28th which is the end date, and it is 47 members participated.
But we will need to add the explaination of "More entries, more prizes" rule more specifically in the next giveaway.

For the reason I am "ignoring" carelessly:
Since we have two persons taking in charge of posting new threads of product and running giveaway and question reply seperately, questions reply may delays sometimes. But we will try to reply asap when we see any question.

I am sure you have counted, but why you didn't draw the winner on July28th, as declared by you:

Testers will be drawn randomly on July.28th.

You've edited the first post only on July 30th, with winners,
and by that date we've got more than 50 entries.
So, I presume, the end date was in fact - July 30th.
