I went through the whole try to quit as well patches gum lozenges candy welbutrin still couldn't get the cravings to go away but having a decent vape has completely turned me off actual cigs
kind of odd but I used to complain about not being able to smoke anywhere but now that I vape I really only do it at home where I can relax

Vaping is now a hobby of mine vs trying to quit stoges. Combined with another favorite hobby of mine I feel truly fulfilled :) Here's a shot to you taking a shot! Hello and welcome!

The patch was ok until i ran out of them... the gum is nasty...and the pills gave me insomnia and when i did sleep it was only for a few hours with very wierd dreams and such...my brother gave me my first ecig, it was a v2 ecig on my birthday nov 14 of last year i havent smoked an analog since, you can do it !

Thanks sweetheart will try it!!

I used Chantix to quit once, that was the most God awful medication I have ever used. Because of it, I won't do any kind of pills anymore. I am fairly in control of my life and can easily control my emotions. When I was on that stuff, I'd get mad easily, depressed and have the most oddest dreams a human could have. It was by far a feeling of having no control of myself at all and that wasn't a good thing. I quit smoking for 6 months but desired that nic again and started back up...

Now I don't have the problem anymore :)
