The blu looks cool and I had been toying with ecigs to help me quit and an ad for Blu popped up one night on my browser. I fell in love with the look and the promises so I jumped. I'm glad I did because I know I can do this now, but the issues with equipment are frustrating. On the other hand fairly cheap way to figure out what this is all about and what I want from it.

Couldn't agree more, I had a very similar experience. My initial research basically involved what E-Cigs were, not so much on the physical products that would work the best. Got the Blu, loved it a first, then the complete lack of consistency drove me crazy. I actually ended up giving away my entire kit with 25 Blu Carts, 3 attys, 3 batteries to a friend of mine (came with a warning that the product is not very good), I just wanted the thing outa my sight.

One thing I will give Blu credit for is that it at least turned me on to the idea of vaping. I recently switched to a Sidesho and the thing is a monster, I haven't bought a pack of Analogs in about a week and am very happy. For me its worth the initial $100 investment I put into the Blu to finally find something I liked.

I have a blu. I've had it for about a month now, and I love it. My issues with blu are with the company as opposed to the product itself. The product does not work as advertised, but that's a fault of the company that's advertising it. It could certainly be better, but considering how small it is, you can only expect it to not be as "powerful" or last as long as larger models. Also I think they need to get someone else to make the juices for them, because Johnson's Creek apparently sucks, or at least the juices they made for blu suck for sure. Also, blu needs to REALLY work on quality control. Someone needs to test the .... before they send it out. I've gotten two bad batteries and a bad PCC from them already. They had no problems replacing the bad units, but I feel that if a company sends you something that does not work, THEY should pay for the return shipping. After all, it's not YOUR fault the unit was bad and needs to be sent back. They should have made sure the unit they sent you wasn't defective in the first place. It would also be nice if when you send something back to them, they emailed you to let you know they got the damn thing and then again to let you know a replacement is coming. They refuse to do this for whatever reason. When they sent the replacement batteries to me, I got no email confirmation. I had no idea what was going on, so I called customer service to see if they could check my order # to see if anything was added to it so I would know whether I was getting a replacement or not, or if they had at least received my batteries. Well, the customer service rep said they couldn't see anything in the order, so they had no idea. Then the very next day, I had an envelope from Blu in my mailbox. When I went to send back my girlfriend's defective PCC, I called customer service again and asked them to make SURE she got an email confirmation so we knew what was going on. We got no such confirmation. She got her pack yesterday, and it's working, so that's good. But .......nit, how hard is it to keep your customers informed? Blu is just an overall shady company that makes false claims in their advertising. In that regard, they're not much better than the companies offering "free" trials. It's good that their advertising whoring is making people aware of e-cigs, but they're also turning people off with their shady business practices. I don't hate the product, but I do hate the company, even though they haven't really done anything wrong directly to me.

I've never seen a Blu, but a pal of mine got one several months back. Said it was great for a while, but then he quit using it and still smokes analogs. Poor guy was going to quit analogs again this week cold turkey. For some reason he has no more interest in ecigs. I tried to get him to check ut ECF, but he's not trying to hear anymore about it.

I started on a supermini, and most of those attys don't last for shi...nike.

I went JKY-306, Smokeless Delite (I don't know that model #), 901, 510, 510 5v, and now cartos and I will never look back. 6 volts on V4L cartos with a Prodigy v2 (x2) is my happy place.

Oh, and V4L cartos usually last me longer than ANY atty did, listed above.

I tried the Blu, but after all the supermini issues I had I never bought one, buty lady's father has a Blu and never uses it.
