Honestly Beck, I think it is just a matter of taste. The builds come out exactly as expected and it vapes well, just wonder if I haven't hit the sweet spot yet. The way everyone raves about these I figure I must be missing something or it is just a matter of my tastes, I would pick my Cyclone with AFC over it every time. Same goes for the Odin for that matter so just wondering if there is a build that works better than what I am trying.

Thanks for trying to lead me in the right direction, I'll get it sooner or later.

Hey man, no problem. If you find it just isn't for you, no big deal.

Personally, I like the flavor and vapor it gives, but not enough to go gaga over it. The real benefit is how well it squonks and drains... especially that it drains completely. The way the deck and the pos pin is constructed is just genius in simplicity IMO.

But if it didn't perform to my expectations, all that would be a moot point.

I'm on the list for 3 more of them if that's any indication.

But we're all different. I REALLY didn't like the mephisto for example.

Vaped on it some more today, I'm starting to think larger coils could be the answer as the wicking would be better/faster. One of the problems I have with it is that I have to squonk it like every hit, at least every other, and that is not the case with the other RDAs I use.

I'll try that and see how it goes.

Yes, I get better flavor from large vs small coils. My current preferred coil is 3.25mm diameter, 8 wraps, 28ga yielding 1.8 ohms. And now have a 3.5mm mandrel on order. Tried one at 4mm diameter but wasn't impressed so far.
