glass j tank slips off carto

First i would like to say i love the j tank and have been using them for a about a year...
Anyway ive been exploring new options of a better looking tank, so a couple of days ago i went out to the Electronicstix store in Layton, Ut and bought one of the triple anodized glass j tanks. My first reaction was "wow is a really sharp looking tank". But when i got it home and slipped the cartomizer in i knew i was gonna have a problem. It was way to loose in the tank, and if you ever had an original j tank you know you are far from this problem. So im really disappointed in this tank...
Has anyone else had this problem?

No but you are welcome to bring it in with your receipt and we can exchange it if it is too loose. they are all machined by a friend of mine and we will take care of you.

I think i lost my receipt... I bought it less than 7 days ago. If i take it back do you guys do in store credit?

No they can only do a swap with a valid receipt :\ otherwise the system will not allow them to do anything.

If you go and talk to jim and let him know Jason said you could swap it he may be able to do it if there is no visible damage
