Don't know what BPA is but if you are referring to juices that are known to crack and or destroy certain types of plastic atomizers and you are seeing a similar affect on the supposed Glass tank Atty you now have then it isn't Glass or you need to clean it by taking it completely apart, if you can.

Glass is one of the hardest substances known to man. Not even Sulfuric Acid damages Glass, real glass that is.

So if you are getting frosting and or some type of discoloration on the Glass of your new Atty then it isn't real glass. Or whatever you are vaping in it maybe you shouldn't be.

The RG400 is advertised as pyrex, so if it's as advertised, it's not being destroyed. Likely just getting dirty from normal use. Take it all apart and wash in hot soapy water. I generally clean my clearos every two to four fills.

I don't think the cloudy patches are BP-A, but there are juices that essentially dissolve plastic tanks. You're apparently vaping one of those "tank crackers." (Noting "wrong" about that at all, just a fact of vaping.) For those, you do need pyrex or stainless tanks, which are impervious to that chemical reaction.

okay so this is not juice eatting my glass tank right? i vape vg with saline maybe the saline left residue on the tank? simple clean should get it out then right?

Saline??? Why on earth are you adding Salt to your e-liquid?????

Have you tried distilled water?

I'd say it is a build up of salt on the tank.

Yup, that would leave a coating. Although salt residue may require some diligent scrubbing. It tends to stay on...

While I've not tried it, I have heard of the process of adding it, for the reasons you give. But too much can be a very bad thing. Salt is corrosive, and may damage the coil, any parts that are metal and not high grade stainless (and over time may even damage that). For a flavor boost, I prefer to get extra flavor "shots" when I order, and stay at the higher end of PG/VG ratio.

If it's salt residue, which it most likely is. Clean it with RO/DI water and vinegar. You can use distilled water in place of RO/DI. Let it soak in the water for awhile and the residue should wipe right off.

I have a saltwater aquarium. This is the method I use to clean my equipment that sits in the saltwater. When I clean my Protank Aero and Protank 3 I use RO/DI water and let them soak usually overnight. when I get them out the glass is crystal clear again. Good Luck.
