I make a menu now so I know what I need from the store. And keep extras to a minimum. My grocery bill has decreased drastically since I started that!
I started doing that a month ago and i save a little bit of money but its hard cause i always have to take the kids with me and they want everything
We've had the same menu for years. But I try to add new things on e or twice a month. If they like it goes into the rotation.
