Lisa, try cinnamon. Studies have shown that cinnamon has an effect on the brain that decreases the desire for smoking/nicotine. When I went through smoking cessation class, they gave us all containers of cinnamon toothpicks at the meetings and also advised us to get those little "red hots" and keep in a bowl. I'm going to guess that vaping cinnamon can help more than just regular juice. I think I still have splinters from those toothpicks...I chewed the hell out of them during my daily hour commute.

Also, I'm not sure if the synthetic/fake cinnamon works the same way. FWIW, when my brother converted to Mormonism, they advised him to make a mouthwash solution that had a high concentration of cinnamon in it and use it multiple times during the day to help quit smoking.

Yeah, cinnamon gives me heartburn, but every now and then I just suffer for it.

I have a CE4 with some Niquid Sinthol (fake cinnamon?) that I will take out and have a few toots every now and then, and then back in the drawer. I can't imagine vaping it full-time, but it is a nice change every once in a while.

Lisa, unfortunately that last push to get off the stinkies is really just willpower. Maybe a really good tobacco juice would help for those cig cravings, but really, at least for me, it was about self denial. Just tell yourself NO! And then chain vape like mad until the craving passes. It also probably doesn't help that your roommate still smokes, and he does it in the house. Make him start going outside and not do it in front of you. Out of sight out of mind really does help. Good luck, hon. I know you can do it!
i agree. i wouldnt be able to avoid ciggs if my girlie smoked, esp in the house! i get cravings when a certain coworker comes and sits next to me just reeking of bacco. it should turn me off, and sometimes it does, but often it make me want a stogie.
when i go out to club./party/bar/dancefloor and i have been drinking a little, then ill bum a smoke here and there. its kinda of a bad drunken habit. hard to hellp it, with my inhibitions lowered and the social nature of the environment. not an excuse, just reality. and i dont feel bad about that in the slightest. i draw the line on purchasing or possessing bacco. havent spent a dime on it (other than a bum fee which ive offered on rare occasion) since the kid was born just over a year ago. if i have em, ill smoke em. i found a 1/4 pack at a desert party i threw back in march, and i chain smoked em and handed em out. didnt want to bring em back home with me for some reason. sets a bad precedent (for me) and makes it easier for future malfeasance.

Easy way to make nachos , the way we make them all the time.
Just lay out your tostada chips on a plate, then sprinkle the tostadas with shredded cheese, microwave for about 27-38 seconds.
Depending on the power of your microwave, and the amount of chips/ cheese you use.
I always buy a bag of dehydrated refried beans and cook them to add to our dinner and they go great with nachos too.
The dehydrated refried beans taste just like freshly made refried beans.
This is a super fast and super easy way to make nachos. You can always add other toppings to your liking.
One of our favorite dinners is taco salad. I make the taco salad bowls. nom nom nom lol
Another favorite it taco soup , dump all the ingredients into the crock pot and forget about it till the ends of the day.

Nachos sound SO good!!
