Morning all! I hope everyone is well =] I am not feeling up to posting too much, but I am keeping up with a few friends =] Busy at work now that the patrons are back en masse and looking forward to my last weekend before my shift changes =] I have plans to make my 1st batch of corn tortillas this weekend to make tortilla wraps with my newly harvested sprouts =] Other than that, I don't know what I'll be doing LOL

I'm still fighting the stinkies and it's taking a toll on me, so I've got to work on that :/ I'm going to hunt down a thread with some ideas on cutting them out completely instead of just the pat on the backs and well wishes :/ There have to be some steps that have worked with others... When I quit previously it was because I was so enamored with a new juice and a new PV I had gotten, but nothing is keeping me from lighting up now... I have to work on that for sure!

Well, have a great day all! I'll catch yous guys later!

Lisa, unfortunately that last push to get off the stinkies is really just willpower. Maybe a really good tobacco juice would help for those cig cravings, but really, at least for me, it was about self denial. Just tell yourself NO! And then chain vape like mad until the craving passes. It also probably doesn't help that your roommate still smokes, and he does it in the house. Make him start going outside and not do it in front of you. Out of sight out of mind really does help. Good luck, hon. I know you can do it!

Although I am a tree hugger too!

We who live in South Louisiana are fortunate to have some magnificent Live Oak Trees which are hundreds of years old.

Aren't they beautiful? Makes me want to cry every time I see one cut down.
