Ray, I'm happy to see you pop in!

So, Tree Peeps... I've had these new Aspire BDCs for a few days and wanted to let you know what I think...
Up side
1) Amazing vapor production from a clearo! The draw is a bit tight on all three models I've tested, but the clouds are still big and puffy.
2) As easy to use and fill as any typical Kangar product, as the base is a Kangar style base.
3) Easy to replace and clean the heads. You do need to time-dry them, though... No dry-burning!
4) No dry hits or flooding... Nope, Nada, none! As long as you don't have a smooth-flat-top where there no air to the 510 (see provari) they should never flood and if you prime them, they won't run dry.
5) very tight and well-built coils. These things are nice and even, unlike Kangar coils...
6) Flavor tops stock PT flavor.
Down side
1) Nope, you are NOT going to rebuild these suckers...
2) heads are going for ~$10 for a five-pack and up to $12.99
3) flavor does not compare favorably to a Boge carto...

And now Kangar is coming out with the PT3 Bdc using the standard Kangar-coil platform. :glare: These should work in my Aspire tanks so no loss there if their heads should prove better...

All said. These are the best non-rebuildable clearos I've ever tried. They won't replace my VVVs and Boges, but my evods are closeted til further notice...

Aspiring to be a tree... In my gutters:glare:
