#1 Hi Tree Fam!! I've been MIA on ECF for a while now, just popping in occasionally to lurk. My computer has been acting up for a while now, so it's been a PITA to post, and I've been busy too. Turns out my hard drive was failing, which would explain the worrisome whirring noise it was making. So, lucky for me, my bf knows a thing or two about computers, and we have quite a few computer parts and old towers to pilfer. Now, after a couple days and some tinkering, I have a new hard drive, two more ram cards, and a new operating system and I'm back in business!

LD, so glad to hear your show was a success! I know you put a lot of hard work, sweat and tears into planning it.

GMO, the vapemeet was lots of fun! We had over 70 people show up, and that was on a Saturday where we were competing with NCAA football, Trick or Treat the Ave., the Halloween event at the zoo, and something else I can't recall. We raised a ton of money for VaV, the costume contest and cloud contest were a riot, and we gave away and raffled off a couple thousand dollars worth of stuff. It was fantastic! We gave away over 3,000mls of juice. I've got some pics to share.

When I think of a tree, my mind automatically goes to my grandmother's tree that I would climb as a child and later as an adult getting my own children down. I also picture the Berenstain Bear's tree home that I have pictured here.
