Good morning everyone.
I started getting a cold yesterday, and this morning I woke up with a terrible sore throat. I used to get upper-respiratory infections all the time when I was smoking--I was hoping I would never have to deal with it again (wishful thinking, obviously). There's not much to be done about it other than drinking a Theraflu and taking some Mucinex. . . In a flashback to a few days ago, I may go get some cans of soup!
I hope everyone is feeling better than I am!

Saturday was a late night...Sunday will be a lazy/groggy day of tv and computer time

Well - "MoringNite" - "Tree People" . . .
Start of a NEW DAY . . .
Time for - COFFEE
@ "DOC" - Hope whatever "You" have doesn't last long and "You" Get Well SOON . . . GOOD VIBES (maybe a little fairy dust too ) . . . being sent "Your" way . . .
Well - I gotta' get ready to go out to local vape meet for an hour to see a vendor there and then over to the "Breavement Support Group" . . . Then there is the "Pro Bowl" & Grammy's too . . .
However before I run - although I posted this in another thread - RANT COMING . . .
So - Please feel free to ignore . . .
SO I finally subcumed and watched that webcast (if you can call it that) last night to try and maybe be selected for one of the "Free" prizes . . . Well that did not happen - plus I lost a lot too . . .
Now - I will say this - I do not understand why I even went there . . .
(Actually I do - it is a physiological problem and "My" addictive nature - that's all I will say - NOT NICE ! ! !)
When I first saw this web-cast, about a few months ago, I originally said it wasn't for "Me" and I didn't understand why anyone would want to sit there to listen to a barrage of commercials and boring childish behavior from these "host" and their guest - even posted about it when "We' had the discussion here about the the man (who also kept "spamming" the Steals & Deals thread with links to his sites) . . .
Well - Last night was no different, besdies the fact that there were so many people there and the chat room crashed BIG Time there was the "HARD SELL" of Products, especially from the "Rubberband" man (a half hour of discussion about rubber bands to protect your mods/pv that cost $1.75 each w/$2.99 Shipping cost
) . . .
Then there was the very public and way too personal discussion of the Vendor/Supplier who was going through a very difficult time in his life and why he "abandoned" his business for a time because of his parents deaths (All while people in the chat room where mentioning that he failed to send them the products they ordered and paid for, and a couple of the viewers who never received their prizes from the last give away too) . . . It was like those times people stop to see if anyone was decapitated at a car crash . . . Very SAD
AND - Just Unbelievable ! ! !
(That is if I didn't "see" it for "Myself" . . .
)
I am so ashamed of "Myself" for staying as long as I did (which was way too long) . . .
(AND - an absolute waste of hours that I will never get back . . .)
The best thing is that I have learned another lesson - no matter what "My" financial situation is - nothing is worth being put through that kind of
- even the chance of being picked for a "Free" DNA30 Mod or a huge box of "E-Liquid" to PIF . . . Just Sayin' . . .;-)
