I prefer the microcoil in them. These are all rebuilt with 30ga Kanthal, at 1.9-2 ohms. It seems to take care of the leaking, gurgling and hassle associated with the ProTank. With a decent coil and wick, they work great for me. Totally worth the time it takes, since the coils last a long time if maintained.

Totally off topic, but I'm just stunned to hear that Philip Seymour Hoffman died of a overdose. I saw him perform on Broadway about a year ago (maybe a bit longer). So sad.

"Before his time" applies in this case.

Having him play Truman Capote was a bit of a stretch, but he was a FINE actor!

Maybe so, but I don't know who would have been better.

Well, he was really young for the part, but he nailed Capote's mannerisms (hence, the Oscar he won for it--his only Oscar, I think.

That's for sure.

Just rebuilt one of the ProTank 3 Dual coil heads. Not too hard. I used whatever gauge wire that was in my Russian 91 box.. I think 31ga Nichrome. I did two 10 wrap microcoils. It came out to 1.4ohms (a little lower than I'd like, but the 32ga was just too hard to work with)... So far, it's vaping alright. We'll have to see about gurgles and leaks.

Somebody must have said something at halftime. Peyton Manning shmanning. BTW, I have no interest in this game. I would have bet money on the Denver... one of a few times I'm glad to be broke.
