Loved that flow chart, Uncle. I seriously think that is how the utility companies here make decisions. . . I do understand that tropical weather is tough on the electrical system, but it amazes me how often we go without electricity. It's rough on electrical equipment, too--I have nearly everything in my apartment on surge protectors.
