#3 I hosted a contest back in mid-August, re-gifting 180ml of 240ml
e-liquid I won in a contest. One of the packages sent September 3rd was just returned to me today, the addresses and postage are correct but it was labelled "Return to Sender/Unable to Forward". 2 packages from China totaling ~$90 ordered late December are MIA, tracking numbers don't work. Shipping woes.
You're right, they don't. A huge part of the problem with USPS is that their system is woefully outdated. The fact that tracking information isn't "live" is a huge problem. For those who don't know, the tracking information doesn't update until they connect the scanner to the computer to upload the data. This is why information is often 8-10 hours late.
In my case, I'm extra ticked off because it's an Express package. Express to PR takes 2 days anyway, so for it not to be on time is beyond irritating. However, I'm even more annoyed that no one can tell me where the package is--it hasn't been scanned in 48 hours. This the third express package (out of
three) in the last four weeks that didn't arrive on time. They do refund the money, but it would be nice if USPS understood that people use Express because things are urgent. There is no
sense of urgency on their part to either get the package to me, or to identify the problem.
A few weeks ago the delayed packages were literally a medical emergency. Fortunately, this time it's not quite as urgent (although it will become an emergency if the package doesn't show up tomorrow).
For the second post in row today, I end with . . . I HATE the USPS.
