5- Well time for bed, have to be up early to head to the VA in DC again all day tomorrow almost. Remapped my route in my GPS, hope to avoid the bad part of town this trip. Bad parts of a city like that to a guy like me with PTSD is bad news. At the same time I feel I am safer than most there just due to being so wound up and alert in that part of town.

Back after a 3 1/2 dinner - GOOD TIME - Check was, well expensive, but worth every penny since Best Friends and Family got along . . . So

@Uncle - I put in my headphones and ignore him. Sometimes I even turn on the MP3 player

#2 aaah I got a second one in for the day. Thank you for all the good vibes for hubby. Procedure went well but he did have a stricture so doc did put a stent in. It will come out in 3 weeks. His pain level is manageable with the meds so that is a good thing.
