1.

Woot woot! Thank you Random.org, and an extra special thank you to the Glass Man, and all the wonderful folks in this thread. I can't wait to vape your creations!!! It must be a work of Zen to watch your work go up in vapor.

I saw the new twist regarding pics of vape gear, and would like to share my favorite tool for coil building.
Behold the reverse tweezers. They hold my coils so I can keep my fingers out of the way for torching, and keep them compressed while cooling... Not to mention keeping the coil handy while tinkering so I'm not always scanning the floor with a magnet.

Google "reverse action tweezers". Mine came in a kit, but I found one solo on Amazon for under $4 shipped.

Oh - Don't worry about admitting anything like that - I do it all the time . . . AND - As far as I am concerned - YES - there is a learning curve for most Vaping equipment . . . Matter of fact, I purchased an "eVic" that even came already updated to version 2 back in February 2013 . . . Watched all the videos . . . Tried to get it all set-up and yet got so fraustrated with it that I put it back in the box . . . I still have not used it since . . . So I have $120.00 sitting in the closet - waiting to come out some day . . . . ;) (To bad I didn't know "You" wanted one - I could have sold Ya' mine . . .)

Thanks for everyone's feeback. The main problem is that I just haven't had the time to sit down and work with it for more than a few minutes at a time. I'll figure it out.

Darn, Uncle, that would have been perfect. Have you considered selling it through the classifieds?

Yep - It would have been . . . :D

Not really . . .

Although - I probably should, just not sure anyone would be interested in paying "Me" the actual money I spent on it . . . ;)

#4 I got used to taking a serious hit when selling items in the classifieds. The only stuff that holds value are some of the high end mods and anything that hit the market yesterday. I've bought stuff at bottom dollar only to have it lose half it's value in 2 months. This stuff goes faster than "i" products.

As a Bargin shopper I can truly understand - I can see the "eVic" is being sold now for as little as $69.00 . . . That's probably why I'll just keep it to use as a Back-up if I can ever figure out how to use it properly . . . Or maybe PIF to someone I feel is in "REAL NEED" and not just looking for a handout or a "Friend" . . . Just like I and "You" have already done with "Stuff" we won't/no longer use . . .

Just Sayin' . . . ;)

#5 Speaking of handouts... (which I do frequently)

I won a MVP 2.0 "Shine" today! :) I may give it to a friend, I gave him a Vamo and he's having a hard time figuring it out. He has a hard time figuring out a Protank, specifically when to change coils. For that matter, using bookmarks in FireFox eludes him. If you think you're technologically challenged, there is always someone that has it worse.

At least with an MVP nobody needs to worry about loose battery safety and removing batteries for charging. I'd give him another Ego twist but he broke the last one in about a month.

Congratulations (was that from one of those FB we've been entering ) and Very Nice of "You" to do too . . .

Now to be perfectly honest here - I am not that "Technologically" challenged (I know about Bookmarks/Favorites ;) ) - that is until in comes to eCig "Stuff" . . . I usually can figure electronic stuff out without even reading the manuals . . . It is in the details of how to do what with what and then with that, but do not forget this has got to go with that there and then this too oh yea and then there is that again - that I start to get confused and t'd off . . . The worse part I never expected this to be so involved or having to do so much either - since all I wanted (and still do ) is to just vape like I do with cigarettes . . . Go to Store - Pick-up Product - Smoke/Vape . . . AND - Then top that off with not finding anything similar to the Taste I am looking for to replace the Taste I am so fimilar with . . . SO I guess that is why I am having the problems I am . . .

EDIT: BTW - If Ya' don't mind - I need Ya' to tell "Me" when and If I ever do win anything there since I do not go every day . . . OK :D

Done with entries...

succinct local weather forecast:

Sun: Spring
Mon: Winter
Tue: Winter
Wed: Winter
Thu: Spring
Fri: Spring
Sat: Spring

The plants are just as confused as I am.

I feel ya man, we're neighbors, pretty much... this is the strangest month of weather ever. Everything in my garden area is dead. Time to start over, but I can't tell when... we keep getting 'one more freeze'

#3 I'm missing "Walking Dead", I've been busy. Good thing they rerun it 4 times over the course of the night.

"Darryl" (Norman Reedus) from the show... Vaping!

You may recognize him from "The Boondock Saints", among other things

My cable company, for reasons that defy explanation, doesn't have AMC in its lineup. I mean why would they? AMC only has several of the top rated shows on television? (Yes, that was sarcasm.) I won't see the new episode until tomorrow when it's available online.

Wow! Congratulations. I actually just bought a second MVP2--I love mine, and wanted a back-up.

Your friend sounds like my partner. He hasn't been able to get his head around the eGo spinner that I bought him for his birthday in November. I suspect he would probably appreciate an MVP2, but only if I sit down with him and walk him through it. Anything more advanced. . . forget about it.

Me, too, Uncle. I'm actually very good with technology (and I ran the technology center for the College of Humanities at my institution for several years!). I think I'm just a bit intimidated by the eVic (well, and the manual isn't very accurate and I think it's lost something in the translation. . . ) I'll figure it out. I've been debating getting a VTR, too. Several times this weekend, I've been close to picking one up. I think I'm gonna hold tight for a while. . . seriously, I think I'm developing a problem here that might require an intervention!

BTW, the price you are seeing in the classifieds is only slightly less than I paid for a new one this week.

And, yes, if anyone sees that I won something on FB--please let me know. I'm trying very hard to keep up with it, but the amount of messages are kind of overwhelming! My God, FB has beeped at me four times while I was writing this message!

Okay, good night everyone!
